In summary

Shiloh Springs Golf Club is appreciated for its friendly staff and the improvements made to the course's condition, particularly the greens and bunkers. However, some visitors have noted issues with course maintenance, including problematic tee boxes and bunkers, as well as a tight layout that can lead to slow play and safety concerns. While some find the course reasonably priced, others feel it is expensive given the current conditions.

No drink cart, layout is really tight on a lot of holes so have to watch out. Game play was slow, Not a single ball cleaner was in commission was kind of annoying. Besides that Friendly staff, cool scenery would give it another try.

Love playing here and it’s so much better than it used to be in the past! Sand traps are extremely nice and greens held all summer

Golf but barely. I will say that the staff here is great, they get 5 stars. The staff is doing everything they can to make the experience a good one and I applaud them! However, The course is not in very good condition. The greens are pretty good though, they roll ok. The golf carts are awful!! The cart paths need attention by the maintenance staff. If you aren't paying attention you could get hurt. The driving range is a dump.I witnessed some of the worst golf from people I have ever seen! There are 2 main reasons why there is such slow play. 1) how bad the players are out here and 2) the layo…

My husband and I just left the course feeling so welcomed and excited to come back! Tyler was extremely nice and helped us out since the weather started to turn cold and misty. Really appreciate the people here and the course was very well maintained.

Good greens and fairways but they changed my tee time 20 minutes later than what i booked online (which you must do). 1st hole and 18th hole are impossible to play due to no nets on the driving range. There are dozens of golf balls in both fairways making it extremely difficult to find yours even after a perfect shot. Also, the tee boxes are absolutely trashed with hundreds of used tees. And the tee boxes have almost no grass on most of them. Overall, a good course to play once or twice, but I won't go out of my way to go again.

Ignore the low google rating. This place is a hidden gem! Apparently it wasn't well kept a few years ago, but with this new staff and crew they are top notch. Course was in great shape and is one of the nicest public courses in the metro.

Great course and friendly staff.. Had i known I would have switched my ball toblike a blue or something because Hole nine looks like a easter egg hunt with all the driving range balls in your fairway. Challenging par 3s! Will come back

As a member, I can say this course is sharply declining. Here are things that need immediately addressed; A. Tee times are 6 minutes apart. Move tee times to 10 minutes apart or someone is going to get hurt especially on the weekends. This is a safety issue. B. Tee boxes are littered with tees and the course needs to do a better job picking these up. Public course aside, this is an easy fix, but requires management to make this a priority. C. Lack of management. The GM spends more time golfing than doing his job. Oversight is a problem. D. Bunkers are not maintained. Either fill them in or…

This is a very nice course, simple and easy to navigate. It has some really nice features and some difficult holes, including a few very creative ones. The course is one that I will play again in the future, the staff is kind and helpful. I would highly recommend that you take the time to play a round here.

Great staff and nice course. Our school held a fundraiser here, and we and our guests were all well taken care of. Carts are in good shape. Plenty of challenge on the holes.

Bad course condition, high price. First some context: I started playing this course a year or two ago summer 2022 and 2023. Those years, for the price and the fact that it was available, it was an adequate options for a round. They charged a fair price for an average course. Win win. However I just played it April 2024 so here is the review as of 2024. The price has gone up and the maintenance/ general care of the course has dramatically dropped. The bunkers are beyond bad (would take no more than 2-3 hours to simply clean them up), most greens are good but a couple are real bad. Greatlife…

Fairways were in good shape, the bunkers have weeds and dirt. Some of the greens were damaged. The staff allowed 6 & 5 some groups to play on the weekend which really slowed the pace of play.
