Trails West Golf Course

Trails West, I call my home away from home. I have been a member for years. And have never had a bad experience with anyone who works there.. they take great care of the course. And have always been professional, friendly and helpful.

This is by far the nicest golf course I have played at on a military base! It is family run and absolutely beautiful and well kept. I have played multiple times here in the last year and it never disappoints! The staff are very friendly and helpful always! The groundskeepers are class! The greens and fairways are well kept! I have played mostly in the summer and fall and I cannot wait to keep playing in the spring! I’ve played more than a few Army golf courses. This is one of the best. In fact, I’d rate it better than most municipal courses I’ve played! It’s well designed and just challenging enough for an occasional golfer like myself. And it seems challenging enough not to bore regulars. This course always has players. The water complexes are well maintained. Sometimes the fairways get a little boggy in the low spots, but for the most part, they’re pretty decent.

Greens are excellent but need to be cut daily. Fairways are top notch. Driving range excellent. Great overall and worth the money. Golf carts are new but low end basics only. ???

Course was in fantastic shape from the fairways to the greens. Beautiful views built in within the base, and a great price.

Outstanding staff and course. I planned a hail and farewell for my organization that included a golf scramble and lunch. The staff (especially Austin) were beyond helpful and very willing to work with me to meet the intent of the event. Golf course is in outstanding shape as well. Highly recommend planning any unit events with Trails West.

Great place overall. Greens are nicely kept. Fairways are smooth and the Fairway Grill has great food for lunch.

The course is in great shape. If you shank one or two, its not to hard to find it and hustle for par. The staff are very accomadating, and always there for you.
