Signal Hill Golf Course

Played 11/15/25. I have to say this is one of the coolest tracks I have played in awhile. No doubt greens and fairways were in an over seed process but that does not take away from the layout and shots to make. I am sub par golfer but play all the time and learned to just enjoy the game. Yes the greens (over seed) were a little bumpy and slow in areas due to growth of rye. I don’t see why this fun yet challenging course gets bad reviews. Staff was super friendly and inviting. I golfed here today (12/29/25) with my teenage Son and Wife. I’m happy to provide a 5 star review and would absolutely return to play again. The price was reasonable, the layout was fun / open, the golf carts appeared to be nearly brand new and the staff we interacted with were very kind and welcoming. The price was right, too. A little more detail: -Given the time of year it is expected that the course isn’t in pristine form. Thanksgiving was my first time playing Signal Hill -- I thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so, that I made another booking three days later. It was so windy it felt like playing a different golf course. Look, it's not the longest course, but as a mid-high handicapper, it's perfect for me. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It's a very pretty little layout and in my mind, well kept. I think its a good value and will be back. Thank you.

I have been golfing for forty five years, and this place by far is one of the worst I have ever played anywhere in this country. The greens were horrible.The fairways were a mess where there was grass, which is very sparse, and they charged $80.It would have been great for 20 anything more than that.It's too much. Ok, I’ll start with this. I don’t know who is writing crappy reviews of this course or why but ignore them! I play a lot of golf, at least twice a week. I incorporate golf into every trip I take. The wife and I are moving here to Panama City Beach in a few years and I believe I have found my home course. There's so much good and bad with this place, so let's start with the bad... 1. $55 for this course is insulting. 2. The guy working the pro shop is a jerk. 3. Conditions on this course as of 2/28/23 are average at best, ESPECIALLY for a vacation destination (although, I have experienced worse in PCB). 4. Started playing this course years ago. Really impressed with the improvements they’ve made the last few years to the tee boxes and greens. They still do the local discount! Brad is always top notch service in the pro shop

I have played here on and off for over 40 years. The course conditions are the best I have seen! The greens were in great shape. The customer service is first class, as always.

Profit over peace! Just wanted to play 9 and I’m by myself. Would NOTallow me said I had to play with a group. So basically they are jamming as many players through for the $$$$. I even stated I’ll let people play through no rush on my part.

Read some reviews and was a bit worried. Played the course and was pleasantly surprised. It was not a terrible course. Tee boxes and fairway were in good shape. The greens were fuzzy but rolled good. I would play it again next time I'm in town

Fun course, and nice staff. The only thing I could pick apart from this course would be fixing up the tee boxes and maybe trimming up the greens. The greens felt like I was putting off the fringe and I would honestly expect a little bit more maintenance if I’m paying $75.
