In summary

Silverado Country Club & Resort is praised for its well-maintained grounds, luxurious amenities, and convenient location near Napa's attractions. Guests frequently commend the friendly and professional staff, as well as the property's scenic views and on-site activities. However, some visitors report issues with outdated rooms, inadequate customer service, and disruptions from ongoing renovations, which detract from the overall experience.

My husband was here for a business meeting and I met him for a long wknd. I had not heard of the resort but was blown away with the grounds, character, quality. The room product was nice. The fitness center was brand new and amazing. Very well appointed. The spa looked new and beautiful too. The service was our absolute favorite. Every team member we encountered was very hospitable. Jeff at the bar was a stand out. Truly made our trip memorable. The location worked out very well. We were just a quick 10 minute ride away from downtown Napa and 15 minutes from Yountville.

Overall the resort is a step into luxury. Love all that the grounds offer from games to coffee shop/store to fire pit sitting areas. A shuttle around the property is available and was a welcome. We stayed in an area with more of a time share vibe. Next time I want to be near the mansion. Great for families, dogs and getaway.

Their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. I called multiple times to sign up for an exercise class, but nobody picked up. When I showed up at the reception, they sent me to the spa to register, but there was no one there either. Eventually someone showed up, but they were quite rude and simply told me to go to the class, without any instructions or explanation of how the signup process works. In the end, I just walked into a class. Everyone there said they were dissatisfied with the service because everything feels disorganized. Staff keep routing people around, but no one actuall…

It was an amazing experience to stay in Silverado resort, even though the weather wasn’t helping. Staffs, especially front desk person, were super welcoming and nice. This resort has peaceful view that I really enjoyed. I definitely will come back for my Napa trip.

Great space to host a conference. Exceptional service and food, the best buffet conference food I've ever had (and I've had plenty!). Couldn't be more impressed with the property and staff overall. Great job, Silverado Resort!

Fantastic resort! We booked a home here, 3 bed, 2 bath.. and spent time after Christmas 3 days 2 nights. We enjoyed golfing, tennis and warm water pool, and weather was fortunately Sunny days mostly during our stay. Napa downtown is in proximity gives access to more food options! Resort staff is friendly and amenities are great! Would like to visit again!

We stayed at the resort knowing in advance that the spa was under renovation. However, the massage experience took place in a standard hotel room with no effort made to create a relaxing spa ambiance. While we understood the temporary situation, the pricing did not reflect the reduced setting or overall experience. We had hoped for more thoughtful accommodations or an adjusted rate during the renovation period.

Silverado Resort is a very nice get away. The room was very spacious and lots of amenities. The kitchen, coffee maker, fireplace and two tvs. The complimentary wine and waters were nice too. The view of the fairway was a beautiful view. The service was ok. The cafe lost our order and we had to wait.

Nice hotel with deep roots in Napas history. Beautiful and peaceful golf-course setting. Spacious condo rooms with apartment features, although rooms are quite old. Also it can be very cold in the winter as the heating unit is just a single wall heater. Depending where your room is, may be necessary to call a golf cart pickup, especially if you’re old. If you request a log for the fireplace, make sure the hatch is open first to prevent smoke from coming back.

Do your research prior to booking this hotel. Rooms are not updated and have a smell of old. Room was a postage stamp slightly big enough to fit the bed. Front desk informed us that we would have a nice view of the golf course, turns out it was just the parking spot. Definitely set a negative tone to what was a planned weekend getaway with the wife. Know what you are booking for the price. Their Cab is decent. I do not recommend staying at this resort.

Beautiful resort, we enjoyed a weekend getaway, the seclusion and I enjoyed the massage at the spa, although while their main spa is closed their massage pricing should reflect a change, you get massaged at a hotel room. This should be a lot less than compared to a spa with amenities. The rooms while nice, lack modern features such as smart TVs also noise cancellation, we could hear the people next to us above us and outside.

I’ve stayed here once before and thought it was great and enjoyed the spa as well. Because of a past experience, I recommended staying here this past weekend when I was going to show a friend around Napa. I am beyond horrified by my most recent experience. I stayed one night and it was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I do not feel safe ever staying here again and I definitely won’t recommend this hotel. I stayed in room 646 and around 2AM I was woken up by shouting, loud wails, and crying. I could tell it was the room next door. I immediately called the front desk and rep…
