What People Say
Snoqualmie Falls Golf Course is praised for its scenic views, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff, offering a rewarding experience for golfers who appreciate the straightforward layout with strategic challenges. The course's unique charm is enhanced by its open, green setting and occasional wildlife sightings. However, some visitors have noted issues with the pace of play during peak times and occasional management challenges, such as booking difficulties for singles and cart availability.
My first time golfing at Snoqualmie Falls Golf Course. Very green, scenic and open! I will definitely come back! 7/18/22 - back for the season & very much enjoyed it.
Incredible place to golf. Kind staff, abd one of a kind views, if your visiting, or live in the snoqulamie area, this is the golf course to check out. I'd you take your time in the last 9 holes you may even get a chance to say hi to some highland cows! Had a really great time here. And the low-key feel of it gives it a unique charm.
This is a great and fun golf course. The fairways can be right on some holes, but when you hit those excellent shots, you're heavily rewarded.
I have not played Snoqualmie Falls golf course since the 1990s. It was even better than I remembered. This golf course is pretty straightforward, with only a few water hazards & bunkers. However, it does challenge golfers with strategically placed trees, some undulating fairways, a few doglegs & some small greens. The accurate ball striker is rewarded when playing Snoqualmie Falls golf course! Conditions were ideal; fairways were green & low-cut, greens were pristine & played medium to fast. Overall, I could not have asked for a better day of golf!!!
Great golf course all around. Green has a great speed. The course condition is amazing. Huge kudos to the marshal/ranger. There was a group of inconsiderate, entitled jerks and their families that all grouped up on the 18th tee box (This is around 10 carts, 20+ people). Not only that they slowed the pace down to a standstill for everyone throughout the day, they basically took turns to all play that hole, which was incredibly stupid and rude to other golfers. The marshal/ranger came out and got them to disband and move along so that other golfers could finish their rounds. We appreciate you, marshal/ranger.
It has great spectacular views all around the holes. Very much impressed!!!
The course was in great shape. It was extremely busy today, and they managed the players well. The greens were in fine shape. Had a great shot on 5 today. Birdie time
Pace of play was awful. Three hours to play the front nine on a Friday evening. Its in decent shape. The greens are very slow. Never saw a marshall enforcing pace of play.
Decent course, but terrible time management. Currently three groups waiting on the 5th hole. Backed up all the way to the clubhouse. Could improve the golfer experience by dropping two times an hour. For a < 6,000 yard course at $67 for 18 holes, the course management needs to be better.
It is a fun course, but it does lack some character, as you feel like you're playing the same hole throughout much of the round. The back 9 has a little more diverse layout. Also, 50$ on a weekday and walking seemed a little steep, but everything's gotten more expensive, so I guess it's in line. The greens were quite soft and slow for the dry season, The fairways were on the hard pan side. Great view of Mt Si if it's clear.
Definitely had some mixed feelings about the course and experience. The greens and fairways were well-maintained and clean. However, there were some aspects of the course that threw me off. The course itself is on the smaller side, resulting in shorter-than-average fairways for each hole. On busier days like weekends, these shorter distances lead to longer wait times and groups bunching up, causing a more rushed pace than usual. The cart pricing is also a bit odd, as they charge full price per person for each 9 holes. So, for a group of four using two carts, each golfer must pay the full cart price. Despite the unusual pricing, I feel like the course can be quite enjoyable and relaxing on non-peak days. But can't quite know it without experiencing the non-peak days. However, on busy days, it can become slow with no mitigation for longer periods between tee times.
Great course. Nice people. Well done. My dog played with us. Other golfers came from all over to pet her and some had treats in their bags. More golf courses should allow well trained dogs with poo picking up owners. We had about a dozen random golfers tell us it was great to see a pooch on the course.
Fall 2024: Impossible to get out as a single on this course after buying the 10-pass bundle. They don’t let you book as a single either. Edit (Winter 2025): It’s not fair to keep my previous 1-star review as I play here all the time and almost always have a good time. However, it’s still almost impossible to play here on weekday afternoons end of Summer/Fall. Because of high school/private club golf plus limited daylight, they don’t even let singles come out. Mount Si Golf Course is SOO much more flexible and accommodating and I’m able to get 9 holes in despite high school/ club golf. I would recommend going there that time of year, but I do love this golf course all summer long. But regardless of time of year, they do not allow you to book ahead as a single and they don’t have a club like Mount Si.
This was going to be a very low star bad review. Not because of the course conditions or rate of play, but because of the pro shop manager. When we arrived before our tee time to check in we were told they had no carts for us. Of course that was not at all ideal for a group of late 50’s players and we were obviously not happy but not causing a scene. The young man behind the counter deferred to who I would assume was the manager. He said he might be able to get us one cart for our party of three golfers ( NOTE: our reservation was for 4, but I did the right thing and call in and let them know we would be 3. That was a mistake, because the group of 4 that teed off after us got two carts. What the hell, right) So one cart for three golfers is what he offered and said we could somehow strap three bags onto one cart, take it or leave it, tough luck. One of the golfers in our party asked if we could get a cart at the turn, the manager said maybe but no guarantee and he would just charge us for 9 holes on the second cart. My friend asked if he was not going to do anything for us on the cost of the second cart for the inconvenience of the first 9 holes. At that the manger said “you know what you guys aren’t golfing here today” Mind you, this whole time I kept saying fine ring me up, fine ring me up. No one had a raised voice no one was aggressive, obviously annoyed but calm. At this our golfer said “you are not going to let us play because we asked about making a provision for an inconvenienced customer?” This wasn’t about the money for the cart, it was about a manager’s complete care less attitude for customers. Having been a business owner for over 25 years I would be devastated if this man was in charge of my customers and teaching my staff. After a little more back and forth we were back to playing. Now the great stuff. On the 6th we met the course Marshall. Very friendly great older gentleman, and we asked if they had an on course beverage cart. He replied in the affirmative and said he had seen her recently. We thanked him and teed off. By the second shot on the seventh, wouldn’t you know it here comes the Marshall with the beverage cart right behind. The cart attendant was also a pleasant accommodating customer service driven person. At the turn we encountered the original young man at check in. He was very helpful and accommodating. Bottom line up until the sixth hole we had all discussed and agreed we would not be coming back, the on course and junior staff turned that around and we had a great round of golf. As a side note reminder, take care monetarily of staff that preforms their job well whether they are in a tipping position (food and beverage) or not. Above and beyond service is a dying commodity these days and deserves to be celebrated.
Very good staff . Course is in good condition. Friendly environment.
Beautiful location. Reasonable prices. Parking is an issue peak times.
It's a fun track. Plays longer than it is and the greens, while not the fastest, run true. I will definitely play this course again.
Beautiful and quiet course. I would recommend this place for anyone from beginner to intermediate skill levels.
Awesome course. Well groomed, fun, and good pace of play. Friendly staff.
Nice little course, but they really don’t like walk-ons. Other courses will at least offer to try and fit you in somewhere, but these folks are just like “nope, we’re booked solid till 4. Click” when you call at 8 am on a Saturday. Not very friendly about it either. I’ve showed up several times in the 3-4 range during the week and been assured they’re booked solid till 6:30. Popular place. The course is very flat, short and walkable and is in generally very good shape. I was able to get 9 holes in during the evening a few times, but place of play is very slow so forget about getting 18 in within 4-5 hours of closing. There’s a great little card-operated range next door (which the pro shop is very adamant about reminding everyone they are NOT affiliated with) that’s open sun up to sun down. Great views of mount Si and the only grass teeing area on a public range I’ve found on the east side so far.
