In summary

South Cove Camping & Golf is frequently praised for its friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained facilities, and convenient location near Shediac and Parlee Beach. The campground offers a well-regarded Par 3 golf course and a variety of camping options, making it a popular choice for both short-term and seasonal visitors. However, some guests have noted issues such as overcrowding, noise disturbances, and occasional rudeness from other campers, which can detract from the overall experience.

I cycled in from Sussex and the owner came over for a chat. In the course of the conversation he found out I was riding across the country for charity and donated the use of a campsite for the night. The campground is super clean and neat and the staff are all very friendly. The store covers some basic snack and there’s a small selection of bottled and canned alcoholic drinks available. One really nice touch is that the picnic tables are all practically new, so very usable. Many thanks to owner Marc and front counter manager Dauphin!

Great campsite close to main town of Shediac, and Parlee Beach. Mostly seasonal people but all friendly and accommodating of the one nighters. We were there a week and enjoyed the walking trails behind the campground with a private gated access. Parlee Beach was fantastic and only a short 5 min drive into the provincial park...but arrive before 10am in peak season. We also stayed on night in their unserviced site which was also good.. large RV friendly and grassy parking. Serviced sites have a good and well maintained pedestal for hook ups. Only downside was our neighbors who had 4 young adult…

I love South Cove Campground. The shower and bathroom facility finishings are first class and kept very clean. The tent sites are cozy and lots of sites for trailers. For me, being near Main Street is convenient for coffee, meals etc. The very large deck and seating is a plus for live music and potlucks. And a few minutes away is the warmest ocean water, a must to enjoy.

Our Family Reunion this year (2022) was held at South Cove. We organized a Golf Tournament also. The facilities were perfect and the staff was friendly and help us put it all together. We ordered food from the nearby Pizza place. All in all, it was very enjoyable and everyone had fun. Julia Gautreau

It's one of the worst camper grounds we have stayed at. It is over crowded, it has no pool, the sites are not kept up. There is no room to back in your trailer. There is barely room to park your truck. The price goes up with all amenities . The wifi is sketchy at best. And its on the expensive side. Will not be back

Friends have a trailer in South Cove Camping. It is a very well kept campground and quiet. It is one of many Campgrounds in the Shediac, Parlee Beach area of New Brunswick. I don't know about the Golf part as I was there to visit friends for a Birthday Party. I am not a camper but feel a nice pool would add to the quality of the park on those days when you don't feel like driving to the beach.

Due to some sort of miscommunication, people parked in the spot we had reserved had to move. Which, for us, wouldn't have been a problem except that we had to wait in our truck with the a/c running (we have dogs and it was hot) for an hour and a half past the checkin time of 2:00. They were upset (keep in mind they showed up 3 weeks prior with NO reservation) and really took their time about moving. I have to say the office was quite nice, but why was this being dealt with so late in the day? Why wasn't it mentioned to the people the day before? What if they had left for the day, then what? We…

We chose this RV Park for it's centralized location to drive everywhere for our vacation like PEI and surrounding Shediac and Dieppe. It's nicely located behind Main street so you can walk to restaurants and other areas. The lot was nice and big for our Motorhome as we pull a car behind us. The site was well maintained, clean and everything in working order. Staff was extremely friendly at check in, so much that we changed our stay from 4 to 5 nights. The construction noise never really bothered us as it didn't start until 7:00 am which is the legal time as per bylaw. My only hiccup and compla…
