Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor communication. I sent two separate emails regarding an event and did not receive a response to either. Clear and timely communication is an important part of customer service. I will be moving in a different direction.

A lot of the time I spend on this golf course is as a solo golfer meeting new people! Everyone is always great and looking to help everyone out. I can’t say this for many courses in the area but the pro shop has some enjoyable characters. Even if your behind the league the pace of play is still something to look forward to. Never once can I say I had a bad experience at this course. It is a wonderful layout that is quite challenging. I am a single digit handicap and sometimes I still have a hard time around this course. IMA has one of the best prices around town and you would think with cou…

Brookwood is a very good golf layout with excellent greens. It is a tough but fair challenge. The people there are first class. Our traveling foresome tries to play here as part of our rotation. What could be better? The grille needs more selections and the rough needs closer cutting. Great bargain.

Just driving along minding my own business and suddenly a golf ball hit my hood and smashed my windshield. I called to report that a golfer from the driving range had struck my vehicle and was immediately told that they were not responsible for the incident. They are negligent by not having adequate fencing or netting to contain the golf balls. I am posting this as a concerned person for others. Is it going to take someone getting killed from an accident before they fix the problem?

Called yesterday to make a tee time for 18. Paid a babysitter and made arrangements just for them to tell us we could only do 9 when we got there. They weren’t apologetic either. At least they gave us our money back.

The IMA Association at Brookwood is a wonderful program, especially for young and upcoming golfers male and female. Joe Simpson, the Director, has lead an amazing program for years. I’m very happy my daughter is apart of this program as an upcoming golfer as her talents and morals they teach on/off the course, are nurtured and supported. My daughter has gained amazing opportunities here also.

Terrible job being done by management. Sent my group out behind a group of 8 that took 45 minutes to play the first hole. When talking to the ranger he claimed the whole course is packed, while the 9th hole was empty on the right side of number 1 fairway. Coming from Pinehurst(No. 2) I am no stranger to slow pace of play, but this is unacceptable. For an average to below average course to have a pace of play of over 6 hours due to terrible tee time management is plain silly. Will never be returning and would encourage everyone to find a different course if considering Brookwood as an option. M…

I took my wife, 6 and 3 year old son out for the first time this season. We were greeted by the clubhouse manager on hole 9 who stated my children weren’t allowed on the course. I have had issues with the same manager in the past being rude and them not offering rider or youth rates in outrageous. I will not return to this course.

I had a 10:00 tee time today, got to hole #3 and was held up by the grounds crew putting in sprinkler heads and turning them on to water fairways. Play was interrupted on the rest of the front 9. We had to walk up and hold sprinkler heads so the rest of my group had time to hit their shot with out getting a bath, or rushing their shot. When I ask the pro shop attendant if this was normal he replied yes it was . The back had no watering? Would not recommend this corse!
