We hosted our son’s First Holy Communion at Springfield Golf and Country Club and it was a truly perfect, stress-free experience from start to finish. Springfield Golf and Country Club was the perfect wedding venue for us! After visiting about five different locations, Springfield stood out as our favorite—and to our surprise, it also gave us the most competitive quote. We were married August 18, 2024. From the first meeting through to the last minute rain changes, Rhonda was amazing. Patient, helpful, organized and totally empowered to make decisions immediately. Every detail was discussed with us and then carried out to ensure the day was beyond fantastic. Our wedding party consisted of our grandchildren and great grandchildren. We had an incredible experience at Springfield Golf & Country Club for our wedding on May 17, 2025. Rhonda was amazing, attentive and well organized. She went above and beyond to help with planning every detail. Her and Lindsay offered so much help with decorating and setup, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Played almost all courses in Guelph and this one might be my new favorite... the back 9 has so much water making it feel alot different than the front. The par 3s on this course are so much fun! Food was really solid too. The greens were quick and overall in great shape.. honestly cant wait to come back !

Gorgeous golf course!! A shorter course at 5473 yards from the blues, however it was perfect for my son who played from the reds (4286 yards). The course was well maintained with lots of bunkers. I enjoyed that there was 6 par 3's. All of them were quite beautiful. Maybe the best grouping of par 3's on a public course in southern Ontario!! Lots of water to hit over on the back 9 holes. Out of 18 holes, I absolutely loved 13 of them!! I especially enjoyed the 13th where you have to hit over water twice! We will come back for sure.

Three options here. Events, golf, or lunch/dinner. All are done well and enjoyable. You should really make plans to come here for a meal. Check the menu online.

We got married on 07/20/2024 at Springfield golf and country club. We can’t say enough good things about this venue. From the staff to the details. Rhonda was super kind and communication was excellent especially at the end where it really mattered. Our day went smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without all their help. The guests raved about the steak and mashed potatoes for dinner and loved the country style way of serving dinner instead of the traditional plated option. Highly recommend to get married here. Beautiful photo opportunities as well !

I recently had my wedding (October 11th) at Springfield and to say that it was perfect would be an understatement! Everything went so well; the food was amazing, decorations were beautiful and Rhonda, Lindsey and the rest of the staff were professional, attentive and just the most wonderful people to work with! Thank you so much to Springfield for making our wedding the best possible day!!!

Golf course is fun and challenging. Lots of bunkers to avoid. Staff were extremely friendly and food was top notch.

Just had fish and chips ordered pick up home in 7 minutes worse fish and chips i ever had.The fish was excellent the fries were cold and so dryed out it took a minute to chew it enough to swallow it.The tartar sauce was full of pieces of fish not sure were it came from never had tartar with fish already in it lemon was fresh coleslaw was off a little.No im not taking the fries back just won't eat there again

My playing partners and I try to play Springfield a few times a year. We live in Mississauga, so it’s a bit of a trip. We find the course to be fun and the staff are great. However, today the course went out of its way to ensure we would have a great time. It’s was about 36’ degrees and muggy. I was prepared with two water bottles full of ice water in by bag. But the course staff had placed chilled water bottles throughout the course for free. It made my day. In the age of maximizing profits I was pleased to see this kind of care of the customers that we’re not as prepared as I was. Good work…
