We had a bad experience from the gate. We were told if we provided the food & drinks, the venue would be no cost; to then be told that we had to pay $65/person to have the party because we HAD to get 'ALL' food & drink through them. So the price we were expecting to pay TRIPLED and the food was sub par. We paid extra for a 'carving station' but the prime rib cane out already cut & we weren't even served HALF of it, the mac & cheese had NO flavor, and the lasagna had almost no cheese in it. The 'party planner'was late to out initial meeting and the event. When she arrived, the food disappeared.…

This course was in great condition. Membership prices are competitive — among the most competitive I’d say though I have frequented as a guest. Apparently the course wasn’t in best condition a while back but it is top notch now. Definitely worth a drive if you’re within an hour. Greens are true, facilities are nice too. Secluded feel on the course despite the occasional house.

If you're looking to join a golf club you can do a lot worse than stonehenge. I found the course well-maintained and had an interesting layout. The fairways are wide and the greens are receptive. They had some par threes that were over 200 yards. If you have a complete practice facility as well as swimming antennas. I found the membership fees to be very reasonable for what you get however the lack of a cart plan was it pain point. So if me and my wife wanted to go out and play, even with the membership, it would cost us around $56 if we chose to ride. Matt , the membership director, was very…

A Golfer's Dream: A Day at Stonehenge Golf & Country Club Finally getting the chance to play at Stonehenge Golf & Country Club, a course I’d long admired from afar, was an absolute treat—and it more than lived up to the hype. The Virginia State Golf Association tournament was the golden ticket, and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity. From the first tee to the eighteenth green, this course is a masterpiece of design and maintenance. The fairways were in pristine condition, and the layout struck a brilliant balance between playability and challenge. Some holes offered the pure joy…

Not a member and unable to discuss how good it is for golf, but went for their Halloween celebration. Arrived late. Missed a few of the things and still would give the Halloween celebration alone eight stars if I could maybe a little better lighting coming in would make it safer since kids will be going to the cars from there, but overall it was great.

My experience with this golf course has been a tale of two extremes. My first two visits were pleasant - helpful staff, decent course conditions, and solid practice facilities. However, my third visit and subsequent interactions completely soured my opinion. I purchased a certificate (legitimately from someone who received it at a tournament) for 4 rounds of golf. Upon arrival, I was immediately treated with suspicion, with staff suggesting the certificate was forged. After providing verification details from the seller, a staff member wordlessly signed off "1 play" without explanation or cou…

We are members at the club and have always enjoyed the staff and food at the restraunt, but was nervous when the chef left. Last week I hosted my daughters bridal shower there and as usual, the food and service was impeccable. Every thing was set up just as requested, the food was fresh, plentiful and delicious, and the service was attentive but not pushy. I would highly recommend not only having an event there, but becoming a member.

1st time here. Staff was awesome. Set me up, with ice, range balls included, nice putting & chipping green. Course has more than the usual hazards, so watch for them. Driving is generous, rough is a good test to flight and get distance. Big greens. Not overly difficult, but were slow due to all the rain. I paid 72.00, $235 monthly to join. Well last thing is I gotta put my ego in check and move up! Lots of tee options. So enjoy! Golfhat

This club has a great deal to offer outside of golf. If you are looking for a well rounded club for the family, this is one of the best options in Chesterfield. The golf course is challenging but still fun to play and the staff have always gone above and beyond with customer service. I can't say enough nice things about this course and highly reccomend it to those who love golf but also have interest in tennis, pickleball and the pool!

Great place to play some golf with buddies! The view is impeccable and the course is well maintained! Make sure to warm up on the range before you tee off & you’re bound to stripe a few down the fairway 👌
