All I can say is wow! Only the back 9 are open, but what a great 9 holes! Beautiful course! We stopped in Kirkwood’s Pub for a beverage and food, and again wow! The food was fresh, big portions and super friendly staff!

Thanks to Sam, Josh and the entire Stowe CC crew! We played the new front 9 for the first time, and oh my, what a wonderful and challenging track! Loved the improved layout and more open, links style feel of the course. The views are simply spectacular. The practice area is among the best I’ve ever experienced. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. (Also enjoyed the new to-go beverage containers!) I would highly recommend this course to all!

well kept course - staff is friendly too to out of towners like myself. The fairways are so bumpy, only pet peeve. Also it gets dusty if you are behind another golf cart on some paths. Other than that, it’s a challenging course, and from the Vermont rough grass, ouch! August 2021 played, course and weather were fantastic.

Staff was great, excellent grass range and practice area(s). Putting green adjacent to the first tee is nothing like the greens you’ll find on the course. It is flat and slow compared to what’s out there. Course has a great layout, is in excellent condition and the times are spaced well enough apart where the pace of play was great. The low spots were soft but that’s to be expected with the hilly terrain and all the rain VT has seen. The signage telling where you to take the carts and where not to was spot on. Here’s my one “complaint”. The slope and rating for this course is NOWHERE near wh…

Course is kept in great shape all season long and the food in the club house is top notch. Nicest, most laid back, and fun to play course in the area.

I had lots of fun playing golf today and the staff was awesome! The price was a little too high for what the golf offered. A more reliable price would have been around $75.

Fun, beautiful course that’s relatively well maintained. Lots of fun par 3’s on the front 9. Obviously hilly given the landscape. The Pro Shop is OK.

Course was in okay condition, could only play 9 of 18 holes due to construction. I was fully aware of price prior to playing, but there’s no reason with rentals 9 holes should cost $150 for what you get. I was fine with the price until playing the course. Carts have no screens, no marking on course whatsoever, bunkers have 4” rocks under the sand, half of the bunkers were torn up and had rock piles in them. Some bunkers were also completely full of water making them unplayable as well. There has been a lot of rain recently, but proper drainage would alleviate ponding to occur. Finally, there w…
