What an absolute treat to play this gem of a course. Me and my son had a blast today this place is amazing. Not only were we sent out as a twosome we had perfect pace of play. So many different challenges from every tee box with a few blind fairways but overall an amazing round. We will definitely be coming back here 100%

Enjoyed my round here tremendously! Nice staff. The course was in fine shape. Played 18 in under 3.5 hours! There was some nice variety on the holes and I’d play here regularly if I was a local! Thanks for a wonderful round.

Decent greens and solid dogs. I would rate the greens at about a 7.5/10 “little dry” and the glizzys at a 8.5/10. Staff were super friendly and the rates for 18 holes were more than fair. Me and the boys had a great time! Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great place to play. Course is usually in excellent condition, and I've never been there when it was in less that very good condition. It had been dry for a couple of weeks so greens were pretty firm and fast, but rolled great. Pace of play is never an issue. Highly recommend it if you've never played here.

Great looking course with nice elevation change, and they adjusted their rates since they recently punched their greens, which I thought was really cool.

We really enjoyed our round at Tanglewood Manor! The course is gorgeous and well taken care of. The owner was very welcoming and kind to us. He even let me into the restaurant even though it wasn't supposed to be open at the time and then said I didn't have to pay for our sweet teas! It was very generous. The bathrooms are very clean and smell nice. The holes are a little tighter than some courses. The greens play pretty well. They are going to be aerating them soon which will make them better for the summer. Great value for a great price! We will be returning!

I’m semi retired and am fortunate enough to golf now pretty regularly. I usually play solo and either walk 9 or ride 18. Sometimes clubhouses get irritated with singles like me, even though I play pretty fast and don’t mind being paired if the course is busy. Tanglewood was clearly busy the morning I was there and they could not have been nicer!!! They had a Ranger on a Thursday, who was efficient and kind. They let me play solo and the players, both ahead and behind, were very friendly and showed patience whenever needed. The best part, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL GOLF COURSE!! I hadn’t played here…

Slightly expensive but the course was in good condition. Not a long course which is nice but not super exciting either.

The course seems like a pretty good value. My son was here for a golf tournament and I was impressed with the greens as well as the overall maintenance of the facility. The prices seem very reasonable as well. I will have to come up here again and try it for myself

This par 72 is an excellent course. Well maintained and not far from Lancaster or Maryland. One caution, the course is dry, no alcohol served. Otherwise well worth the price and short drive. Great public course.
