What People Say

In summary

Terrace Hill Golf Club is appreciated for its affordable pricing, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff, making it a suitable option for casual outings and practice sessions. The club offers a driving range and a 9-hole course that some find enjoyable, despite its modest size. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's maintenance, citing issues with the greens, fairways, and lighting, particularly for night golf. The property has reportedly been sold, which may have contributed to its decline in upkeep.

We enjoy our weekly golf outing at Terrace Hill Golf Course. It's a fun, family oriented executive course and we have many laughs as we enjoy our morning outing. The staff is friendly and we appreciate that. They don't have rangers breathing down your neck so it's a more relaxed outing for some who don't play as well as others. If all our shots were good, we would be playing on the PGA tour. We also appreciate the way they take care of the veterans who play there. The positives of this course over shadow that the fairways and greens may not always be in top shape. Try the course, you'll enjoy…

I love terrace hill. It's a cheap and easy 9 hole course. It does not have the best landscaping, but it's only $19 with a cart. You can golf in the evenings and will see wildlife.

They made us wait for a cart because they lost the keys to them and the place was filthy. The staff looked like a deer in headlights and was not very helpful. Checkout the rat trap in the lobby!? Sad, this place used to be nice.

Was so excited when I heard about night golf here. Got an 8:45pm tee time to play 9. It's very very neglected. Greens have weeds all over them and there were multiple lights out where we couldn't even finish the hole. Only one around too, could be super cool. I do appreciate the driving range being open until 10:30.

I honestly had a good time out here, but it could have been so much better if all of the lights worked. A couple of the holes were completely dark due to most of the lights not working. I could see myself going here 2-3 nights a week if the lights were to be fixed... It's a shame that I see reviews from over a year ago stating the lights were not working. Got me thinking that they'll never be fixed unfortunately.

Fun, inexpensive date night at the driving range! The lights on the driving range make it nice. It would be nice if there were some kind of dividers set up to indicate booths where people can hit. The guy in the proshop wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. Also, when we returned the clubs we rented, they just went back in the rack. No obvious sanitation protocols between uses.

Overall a good course. Decent fairways, nice greens. The course is a little on the small side, yet still has a couple holes that are challenging. The staff..... They're not as nice or helpful as they used to be. I would recomend this course to any and all players looking for a decent round of golf.

In past years this course has been kept very well, and I have enjoyed playing there. Visited last week to find the course in worse condition than I have ever seen it. Deeply disappointing! I have seen it in pristine condition; management has allowed the greens, fairways and tee-boxes to become nearly unplayable. Speculation that property is being sold for housing units; therefore no maintenance is being performed.

16 for 9 holes with a cart doesn't sound bad but I'm Surprised I paid so much for such poor quality. Greens are worst I have ever seen. Fairways are mostly dirt. Tee boxes so soft the tee wouldn't stay elevated. My opinion. Close for. Month And fix yourself

Badly neglected! Greens are terrible. Tee boxes are worse. Knee high weeds in the sand trap. Overflowing trash cans everywhere. Trash on course everywhere. Rotting railroad ties lying around with exposed nails. $18 on a Sunday morning for 9 holes? I don't think so!

I must say this place needs alot of help. The fairways are dead grass, the greens are in terrible shape. They advertise night golf, which can be great fun, but they only turned on 1/3 of the lights. We brought a four some to play, totally a waste of money and time. Go somewhere else.
