In summary

Tewksbury Country Club, now operated by Tree House Brewery, offers a visually appealing and well-maintained 9-hole course with a unique atmosphere, especially for craft beer enthusiasts. Visitors appreciate the beautiful setting and the quality of drinks available, though some find the course's focus on the brewery experience to overshadow the golfing aspect. Common criticisms include limited tee times, occasional maintenance issues, and the lack of water stations on the course.

Tree House The Course is absolutely stunning. Every hole looks like it belongs in a magazine, and the atmosphere feels so luxurious and calm… until the lawn-blowing crew arrives. They are literally everywhere, right next to you on the tee box and again on the green. It’s incredibly loud, and the faint smell of machine oil really sets the mood for a “relaxing” round of golf. This actually happened to us last year too, so at this point I’m convinced it’s part of the Tree House experience. Honestly, the green fee should come with a little discount or maybe a free spa day to recover. That said,…

Very cool course! Only open on weekdays but that helps keep the greens were mostly in fantastic condition (except for a couple of spots). Each hole is themed after one of their signature beers. There is a beer shack at the midway point (unfortunately closed because we had an early tee time, fair enough). Some great views and a very fun vibe. I’ll definitely be back.

TLDR: This is a fun course that’s a must for any craft beer drinking golfer, but be sure to pack your own waters, especially if it’s hot. The Pros: We played in early July, and the course was overall in good shape. Some previous reviews noted tee boxes in poor shape and fairways in rough shape. I didn’t see either of that, both were fine (the fairways seemed in great shape IMO). Greens overall were great and well maintained. There was one green with some type of disease on it, but it was limited to a very small part of it, and you could see they were working to fix it. The day we went was car…

I played this course back in July and loved it. It had only been open a few weeks when I played, so everything was in good condition then. It was cart path only so most walked. You’re allowed 3 drinks on the course and 3 inside. The beer available on the course were lower abvs (pils/lager ect) or you had the canned cocktails to pick from. Yes, they pour a can into another can that is because the town of Tewksbury mandated they do that. Tee times are limited to weekdays only right now because they’re too busy on the weekends and don’t have the parking space to accommodate both the beer crowd an…

Beautiful 9-hole golf course with autumn tree colors. Well maintained and fun course to play. Amazing Treehouse beer after the round was phenomenal as well.

Course was well kept but hours are extremely weird and need to be worked out. You check in at a shipping container separate from the pro shop, and they only allow singles walk on. Most of the time there are no walk on tee times and booking online is very weird.

Played on a Friday and it was a super cool experience. Fairways were in tough shape, but that's cause they had some major flooding recently. Tee boxes were sandy, which you can't blame on flooding. So, the course needs some TLC still. What made the whole thing cool though, is when the "clubhouse" (i.e. brewery) is full, there's a large crowd watching players tee on 1 and finish on 9. Cheering and jeering everyone. So if you can get a tee time later in a busy brewery day, it's a great experience.

The course is in nice condition and the staff is friendly. I have played here twice this year and had disappointing experiences 😔. The lack of drive carts and to drive golf course as Cart Path Only! The score cards are Thin Paper photocopies of the orginal score card and bearly readable. I miss Tewksbury Country Club! Plenty of carts, putting green and small pro shop. Tree House Brewery... Your brews taste great! But, Not the golf experience.

This course is in great shape and it’s a fun track for all abilities Very heavy concentration on the brewery, but it was a fun day for all If you don’t want to drink beer, you may wanna bring your own beverages

Golf was good and pizza was great, but some of the rules and the process for ordering was confusing. On the golf course your can of beer gets poured into another can (wasteful) and if you want to relax after golf, you need to order beer in one place, pizza in another place and nonalcoholic drinks in a third location. And then, when your boyfriend wants to buy cans to go, there is a fourth location to pick those up that require you to drive to a different part of the parking lot.

If you like beer this is NOT the course for you. The on course beer shack is closed on weekends. Guess you need to be a weekday drinking to have one? Now if you like golf then this is also not the course for you. Its nine holes of mediocre golf. Now we did get beers (if there is a will there is a way)! BUT they had to pour beer from cans into different cans? Pour environment (pun intended). So unless your willing to sit for 20 minutes driving into main brewery for anything but their IPAs then your in luck! Oh also a walker on course told me they booted their buddy for drinking their own beers.…
