In summary

The Burford Golf Links is generally appreciated for its friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and a course layout that offers a mix of challenging and straightforward holes, making it suitable for both novice and experienced golfers. Many visitors enjoy the well-maintained fairways and greens, though some have noted issues with course maintenance, such as patchy greens and unkempt bunkers. There are also mentions of slow pace of play and occasional management issues, which have impacted the overall experience for some golfers.

Very friendly and encouraging staff. The pace of play was relaxing; not too slow or too fast. It has been a dry summer so the fairways were firm. Some challenging holes and some easier holes, suitable for those who have played a lot and those who have played a little.

Definitely won't be coming here again. The course is very poorly maintained for the amount it costs to play here. The greens are terrible, there is clumps of grass clippings all over the rough that should be getting picked up as they mow, making it almost impossible to find your ball if you miss the fairway, and the bunkers look like they haven't been raked once. And they try to cram way too many people through there without enforcing pace of play, so it was extremely backed up and we couldn't tee off until at least 15-20 minutes after our designated time. Overall very poor experience.

Great place to golf. Nothing super fancy and I am not the greatest golfer, so it's a great course for me and my husband to go to who is a MUCH better than golfer.... It's lowkey, no pressure, greens are always in good condition and staff is very friendly.

Likely will not be returning. Horrible customer service from the lady in the kitchen. She was very rudely talking aloud to her coworker about the fact that we were eating in the seating area, She came over and told us that we were spending too much time eating and had to return to the course within 5 minutes, and then loudly said to her coworker "these guys heard me say five minutes and still sat down to eat" to which we answered by saying we informed the pro shop that we would be eating before the 10th hole, and she said "we'll see" and made a phone call making sure that we were telling the t…

A beautiful and challenging course. Between sand and water traps, the course provided a wonderful challenge. Beautiful landscape with decent shade for a hot day

Been here a few times. Well kept, fair priced course. Hazards are scattered and placed in sneaky locations which makes it challenging in a good way! Lots of fun totally reccomend!

This course is always in decent shape...nothing special, but reasonably priced. Played on Sunday with our guys group. The young fellow who welcomed us was very quick, friendly and smiling. He brought carts out to the parking lot for us, and was very accommodating...we had 3 groups but I couldn't get tee times together, so he moved other groups so our groups would all be done one after the other. Even in the pouring rain, he was still running and smiling. Excellent service that we don't expect at GolfNorth facilities...or anywhere in the area, for that matter!

Good golf course that is not too difficult and not too long... As long as you hit your shot straight! The course is relatively flat so no too many hills to contend with. Easy to walk the course. Played several times last year and had great prices if you started later in the day. I have only played once at the beginning of this year before we went back into lockdown. There are some good deals so the price is reasonable and some interesting holes. Good course if you are fairly new to the game. The food is also really good so drop in just for the food and enjoy the patio on a nice summer day.

Course is in poor shape, the greens are patchy, the tee blocks are not well kept and dead spots in the fairways. 2 of us walked 9 holes and was still over $70 mid week. Over priced and poorly maintained. Will not be returning any time soon.

Very poorly managed club, we booked at 5:25 Tee Time and paid for 18 Hole Cart , we are Golf North Members and after we were done the front nine they told us we had to have the carts back by 8:30!! We paid for the entire 18 holes and YOU added a couple to our booking to make it a foresome!!! Will definitely not be going back!!

This golf course is in beautiful condition, the greens are in fantastic shape and the whole course has been watered well through the dry season. Some very challenging holes with elevation changes, and dog legs make it very interesting. The pricing is fair, and pace of play was great even though the tee sheet was jammed.

The course is decent. Well laid out. Lots of work to be done though. Some benches falling apart. Bunkers aren't maintained.
