In summary

Brant Valley Golf Club is often praised for its interesting and challenging course layout, featuring elevation changes and a variety of holes that require strategic play. The staff generally receive positive feedback for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's condition, particularly the cart paths and greens, as well as issues with slow pace of play and inconsistent enforcement of rules by marshals.

Played Brant Valley today, the design and routing are interesting, will definitely keep you on your toes, I think it's a great piece of ground with good bones. Based on where the course is located I presume they are prone to flooding, conditions were good today but there are parts of the course that can have poor conditions, the cart path is in poor shape, I can forgive that. The pace of play was terrible, it took almost 6 hours to play 18 holes, not a lot of respect from other groups out there, no willingness from staff to enforce pace. I watched the group of 4 in front of us each take 3 tee…

First time playing here. Absolutely love the design, so different from the norm. You'll need every club in the bag here. If playing for the first time, try and play with someone that has been here before, as it can be quite tricky to figure out where the holes are. Conditions were awful, half the greens were patchy and very slow, didn't look watered enough, some fairways unplayable. Shame, as this could be a little gem. I won't return unless I read next year that conditions are good.

Usually stays pretty wet all summer given the elevation. Course is well maintained and greens are nice and soft on most holes. Slow for putting but good spin. Very tree covered and will force you to find fairways or lose your balls.

Love the course layout but for this type of course how do they expect a group of four to finish a hole in 8 mins. Tee times are 8 mins apart...8! There's always a back log of golf carts waiting to tee off. Cart paths are always in rough shape. This could be an amazing golf course and golf experience if it wasn't for those things.

Melissa was very helpful accommodating our group. Course was in great shape for the time of year with only a few rough spots on certain holes. We could have used a Marshall to keep the pace a little better. The group ahead was playing from the back tees when they should have been playing for whites. This caused us to be help up longer then needed at holes. Great course otherwise. Love the elevation changes.

The first time I played this course I swore I would never play it again , it was very challenging, the course has different attitudes, hidden greens, water hazards, and hills but after some thought I've been back many times because of how fun the challenge is. I highly recommend taking a cart. Staff are friendly and Marshall's around fairly often. Challenging enough to bring 2 sleeves of balls!

Had a terrible experience. Course is in almost unplayable condition. Fairways have been destroyed by water. Cart paths are a mess. Greens are punched and burned. Half the holes are cart path only yet they are still charging full price. This is not a walkable course! Starters are rude and yelled at us for being slightly off the path. It’s clear GolfNorth does not care. Be warned! I won’t play there again until this is resolved.

GolfNorth property, but I've always enjoyed the course! It is quite hilly and the greens are small and tight. Little to no sand traps. Shorter in length but it can be narrow and hole 11 in particular is quite intricate.

Very hilly course, many dog legs so a tough play for the first time as no visibility. Greens in tough shape and very slow. Decent for the price.

I have really enjoyed playing in the St. George Women's golf league at this course. My foursome has always had a great experience dealing with Paul, Phil, and Roger who are always kind and helpful. The bar staff and beer cart girls are also great!

The course looks like a desert, the cart path hasn’t been maintained in years. What a terrible course for the price. You’re better off golfing in the ditch at the side of the road. The heavy set woman working there power trips and needs to be humbled. 0/10 recommend

I had a horrible experience golfing today. The heavy set lady accused my and my friends of golfing with a party of 6 when there was only 4 of us. We just happened to know the two people golfing in front of us and had light conversation between holes while we were waiting for the group in front of several times to tee up as they were playing slow ahead of us. Around the 16th hole the lady working the clubhouse drove up to us and said we were again golfing with “6 people” she then called us “stupid” she said “are you guys stupid or something didn’t you hear us the first time” she then tried to t…
