In summary

Heron Point Golf Links is frequently praised for its beautiful and challenging layout, with well-maintained greens and scenic views that include notable features like an eagle's nest near the 17th green. The staff are often described as welcoming and professional, enhancing the overall experience, while the clubhouse and dining options receive positive feedback. Some visitors note issues with blind tee shots and occasional maintenance concerns, such as bumpy cart paths and fast greens, but these do not overshadow the generally high regard for the course's condition and design.

Love this course! Beautiful scenic, challenging, unique experience! Truly test is your focus precision and patience with its rolling greens and terrains. There were two holes where you literally have to clear the lake to make it. Amazing course conditions and really well maintained. Highly recommend!

Have golfed with a member here a few times. Yesterday was the perfect fall day - breezy with warm sunshine. Enjoyed a nice lunch before our round and had a special moment by the 17th green with the eagle at his nest. Wow.

Such a fun course, very challenging. Beautifully maintained, pure greens, no complaints other than my own golf game!

Very picturesque parkland course over hilly terrain, with great conditions and solid bunkers. Mostly treelined with a scattering of pine groves and large river carry on the 18th. Slightly older but grand clubhouse. Eagles nest on 17th green was a highlight, especially catching sight of the mummy bird on 18th.

Tees and greens were disappointing. Good layout but many blind tee shots.

I love this place. This Track is awesome. The greens are puched out a little too much to be concidered fair, but the grounds crew and the staff are always top notch.

I recently hosted an event here and couldn't be happier with the experience. Chef Paul was absolutely wonderful throughout the planning process, ensuring every detail of the menu and space was perfect. Our guests raved about the food, especially the tenderloin. The service provided by Courtney and the rest of the team was warm and welcoming and we felt very well taken care of throughout the evening. I highly recommend hosting at Heron Point for any special occasion!

Gorgeous layout and the course is in excellent shape. Very pleased having just played this gem. Strongly recommended for all golf enthusiasts, just an hour outside of Toronto. It'll give you a good challenge (relatively fast greens, blind tee and approach shots sprinkled in throughout) but the look and feel of this course is worth the price of admission!

I have played here several times now as a guest. The staff are very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable about the course. It’s a challenging but beautiful course. Always looking for the challenge. The food is great along with the servers. I look forward to playing here every time I’m invited. Thank Mena and Fred. See you on the nine.
