The Country Club of Old Vincennes

Was here on 8/13 and 8/20/20. Both times grass was very tall all over the course, 2-3 feet weeds in the sand traps. On 8/20 it looked like you could bail hay from the grass they mowed. The fairways were at best actually roughs. Brush piles on the course. The cart paths are more suited for ATV's. Update- was back out there on 9-19-20 and the course was looking a lot better. The grass was now being maintained.

Course is in terrible shape, majority of greens have dead spots, most fairways are lost with patches of decent grass. Bunkers are not kept. It's a shame the new owners let the course get so out of control. Will not be back to play. Will go play at Bicknell.

The course sold on September 7, 2021. It is now operating under new ownership and under going extensive restoration to the course and club house. Watch for the grand opening April 1, 2022 as Cypress Hills Golf Club.

Country Club of Old Vincennes used to be a quality and beautiful course to be on and play. Over the last several years and 2 owners later it has deteriorated. Cart paths are washed out in many places, deep ruts, or non existed anymore. There is also a lot of fallen and dead brush in piles over the course. It's sad that it has become so unkept and neglected.

Retirement celebration for Family. Club looked great with a complete overhaul and remodel. Food served was tasty and hot. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Rough is mostly weeds. Fairways and greens are okay but it’s not worth the price. Good place to put a landfill

Shame to see a course with lots of potential look like such a dump. One of the worst courses I’ve ever played. Don’t waste your money.

Course in good shape even though we haven't had much precipitation.

service was definitely above average, however choice of pizzas was just ok

Typical pizza buffet, fair price and a nice ambiance.

Great little small town golf course

Great food and the band was GREAT tonight!!
