The Elms Golf Club

I’ve been coming here all my life, and it truly is a special place. I dare anyone to find a public course that’s more fun and challenging—there’s just something about it. Yes, some of the fairways are not ideal, but the greens are in great shape, and the layout is fantastic. My family loves the food too—haddock was awesome! We went three times during our recent vacation, and the staff did an outstanding job each time.

First time playing the course and will be back. Looking forward to next season knowing what they offer. Green's are well groomed and offer a good challenge.

Food was fantastic! Drinks were cold, good and reasonably priced. Staff was great and friendly. Had an amazing time!

Took the kids to lunch at the Elms today, and we had a fantastic time! The food and service were great. Chicken wings were meaty and perfectly fried. I had the western burger, and it was delicious. Onion rings and French fries were great. The kids enjoyed tenders and a hot dog. Looking forward to going back for dinner soon!

New ownership/management for ‘24. First experience this season. Outdoor patio with newly poured concrete pad. Many seating options and configurations for all group sizes. Indoor seating and bar as well. Sandwiches, salads, burgers, and few entree specials. Server was pleasant and attentive! Enjoyable evening! Reservations needed for Friday/Saturday dinner.

The food and atmosphere was great, but the sour faced, ill tempered older waitress, who was very short with people, made the experience kind of suck. God forbid we ask for coffee or any other request, she acted like every request was such a bother. I will probably not dine in here again.

We had a party of 8 for dinner. It seemed as though it was an inconvenience from the get go to set a table for 8. We were on vacation from out of town, so therefore we’re not club members, but they had live music & the menu looked good. We all ordered and it took about an hour to get our food. All the food came out but mine (chicken marsala). They sent a very RUDE lady out to the table to tell me that the waitress never entered my meal in the ordering system. The food that I ordered was good, however the waitresses within the establishment were not friendly or good. Our waitress ended up not putting in one of our parties food orders. This however wasn’t the issue. The issue was when another waitress came to the table asking if the guest still wanted their food and then proceeded to tell her that the only thing that would be able to be made fast was fried food. The food here is fantastic. Kim and her family turned this place around. My family enjoys drinking a glass of La Crema Chardonnay on their outside patio and listening to live music. Excited that we now have a delicious restaurant down the road from our summer camp where we can get a fish fry among other amazing Italian dishes.

The absolute worst restaurant experience of my life. The waitress didn't even put in one of our parties orders and then blamed us for it. They also sent out 3 different waitresses to tell us. The food was awful, fried fish with the skin still on. The fish tacos were just fish sticks in a tortilla. Not to mention the top 5 star review is someone who works at the place.
