During a Saturday round, at around 7:00pm (during peak summer hours, with the sun setting at around 9) the course turned the sprinklers on at every green on the course. The greens were soaked, changing the pace of putting we were accustomed to all round, and soaking anyone trying to make a putt or chip around the greens. The last straw was when we arrived at the holes pictured, the entire cup was surrounded by a puddle and the cup was filled with water. When asked if we could receive a refund we were repeatedly denied and refused no matter the circumstances. The course denied that this was in…

Second round at this course was the same as the first round...tough! Great course but still alittle tough for the beginner. We started the season on this course, so might as well finish the season on this course. Patiently waiting spring opener...lol.

The worst customer service ever, no course I’ve been to features more entitled staff members. We booked a tee-time last minute and the starter attempted to chew me and my friend out for our names not being on his sheet. He ended his annoyed monologue by directing us to “see him after our round” as if we were elementary school children. On top of this they overbook the course as much as possible, with 2 foursomes waiting on the same tee box often. The course conditions were mediocre, with dried out grass noticeable around the greens. Never have I had worse customer service at a golf course, whe…

Not a bad course suitable for all levels of golfers. Very wide open and well maintained, although the bunkers could use a little more sand. Not a lot of trouble spots. Pace of play moved along pretty good considering the parking lot was full (Seniors Day) and no Ranger on course . No beverage cart on course either but you can order ahead at the turn. Driving range and practice green also available here. Service was excellent and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful day At The Fox with the Christian school. Course was amazing and in great shape. The food was awesome. The staff were super friendly. We will be back shortly for more games. Keep up the good work. Nice track all round.

Really good value for the price. I hadn’t been in a few years and they made some upgrades which were well appreciated (it looks like they’re also building some new tee boxes). Once alerted, the Marshall did a great job of getting golfers to keep pace.

The course itself is fun and well maintained. But every time I golf here the people checking you make you feel uncomfortable. It’s like they don’t want you to spend money and golf there. From the carts to the payment, I decided I needed tees after I paid for my tee time. And was met with an eye roll. Just wish they could be positive and inviting in the pro shop. Kitchen staff are always nice.

Came here for the driving range. Great for anyone looking to hit some balls. They let us borrow a driver for free. Great people. Didn't have an issue with me wearing an Xbox graphic T pants and flip flops.

This place has the work customer service Ive ever seen at a folf course The women working at the counter is rude and aeems very unhappy doing her job we spent over $300 to golf here and came as a family, and my daughter had some balls that she was gonna purchase and after her Dad paid she was walking up to the counter and it was obvious to me that the lady at the counter, thought she was going to steal those balls They really need to work on their customer experience. I won't be back.

Overall, the course was in good shape, albeit the T blocks are nearly impossible to get your T’s into, they are concrete. Only other issue with the course, is the driving range runs parallel to the first fairway. My wife is teeing off at the reds, and golf balls from the range are flying by us! “Hurry up and shoot, so we can get outta here!” However, my biggest beef was the amount of twosomes they let off. In 10 holes, we were forced to let 3 twosomes thru. Completely throws off our mojo for the round. We were playing at pace…..my brother in law, his wife, and my wife. 3 of us are decent golf…

I recently had the pleasure of playing a round at The Fox Golf Club, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The course is well-maintained, with lush fairways, smooth greens, and a beautiful layout that offers a fun yet challenging experience for golfers of all skill levels. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The pace of play was perfect, and I appreciated the serene, scenic atmosphere throughout the course—plenty of mature trees and natural beauty all around. Whether you're a local or just passing through London, Ontario…

So The Fox Den was a nice surprise for 4 non golfers. We sampled the menu…thin sliced beef on a soft bun topped with cheese and onions was delicious..the signature brisket was also a thumbs up and the REAL classic fries were a wonderful surprise..We’ll go back for the sunshine on their beautiful patio and another Murphys ……and those fries….one of our table was actually a golfer! Well done Patrick and team, the clubhouse looks awesome and the setting is a pleasure!
