Grand is an understatement. This is a first class golf club. This challenging Tom Fazio designed golf course was immaculate from tee to green.

The Grand Golf Club is exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. Hunter at the pro shop was absolutely awesome, attentive, and professional, setting the tone for the day. On the course, I had the privilege of working with Walt as my caddie, and I can honestly say he is the best I’ve ever had. Walt goes far beyond carrying a bag, he’s like having a coach alongside you. I came here to have a good time with my friends, and it was fun with the difficult and relatively fast greens that lived up to its reputation, but the management seemed a bit disappointing. There was a repair area, and there was also repair grass around the greens, which was disappointing. Since it is an 18-hole course, it can't be helped if you keep playing the course, but it was a bit disappointing, and our caddy is a friend who works a second job as a real estate agent, so he focused more on introducing the houses around the course than introducing the course, which made us a bit embarrasse…

Eric Moore was incredibly helpful in getting us off the tee sooner than expected, offering to caddie and making us feel welcome. His service was top notch & very appreciated. Adam Cook was also very kind and took great care of us. Once on the course, our caddie Curtis was also phenomenal. He helped us immensely with an elite level of caddying. These guys were incredible and made our already great day even better!!! Outstanding track with stellar greens and gorgeous territorial views as well!

Th Course is in great shape. It is a fun track. When you stay at the resort you must have a fore caddie. We had Tyler. He was especially great at reading putts. He is a super guy. We really enjoyed him. My husband and I played twice while staying at the resort. The $330 green fees when you are paying a resort fee of $65 a day and a room charge of $600+ per night for a room is too high, especially when hole 15 was closed both days. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The practice area is one of the best I’ve ever used.

I hope Ian Leggett can control his temper. In his last position in Toronto he threatened, to have my 80-year-old father banned from the summit Golf club. My father helped fellow players with their golf game on the driving range. Mr Leggett threw a drink at my father and told him to quit to quit helping players as it was taking money out of his pocket. An actual fact, his teaching skills were poor as well as his interaction with players. They preferred my father. Be careful of this man he has two sides to him.

The place is so beautiful and quiet. Very relaxing. Went there for a company event and was just blown away by the scenery. The staff was great as well, they had everything ready for us and were able to rent me a set of golf clubs. Really enjoyed it.

From the range to the 18th this place was phenomenal. I played 5 courses in San Diego to include Maderas, Aviara, Torrey Pines South, and La Costa. The Grand topped them all, tho Maderas was great also. They treat you like a tour pro here and the course was fantastic.

What a fantastic day! My daughter and I came to the Grand Del Mar on our annual vacation. We were looking forward to our golf trip and were given a caddy for our round. Tyler (the BEST caddy ever) knew everything about the club! He was so helpful during our round. He made some suggestions and truly impacted both of our game in a very positive fashion. We laughed and enjoyed our time here so much. My daughter had never played golf with a caddy. She loved it! The course was truly beautiful. There is so much to see. The views. The exceptional maintenance of the grounds make for many photo ops.…

This is a wonderful course, the staff in the clubhouse are fantastic, and the service is top-notch. The course is really fun to play and well maintained.
