In summary

The Legends Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, challenging layout, and friendly staff. Many appreciate the unique design and the variety of amenities, including a driving range and practice greens. However, some visitors have noted issues with pace of play, inconsistent green speeds, and customer service, particularly during inclement weather or busy times.

If you're not a single digit handicap this course isn't for you. The course is very nice, but very difficult. The fairways are very tight and any mishit balls likely won't be found, as the rough is non existent. It goes from fairway to hazard with nothing inbetween. Every hole is dog legged with lots of unforgiving hazards. The course sends out groups every few minutes, so when your ball does go off course you won't be able to search for even 1 minute before you're holding up play. Each green seemed to play at vastly different speed. You finally get used to putting on the fast greens and th…

Update - Legends management acknowledged the misstep here by their staff and made a respectful gesture to amend our experience after the fact which we appreciated. Good course layout but rough gravel cart paths. Staff were very painful to deal with. Light rain on Saturday and would not serve any food/coffee/drinks to our group of any kind. We noticed another group getting food and drinks but apparently they were “friends” of the club is what we were told. Rude when asked nicely about a discount for limited services.

I love coming here and it’s in excellent shape this year; however, it was incredibly disappointing on Saturday that three men wearing cowboy attire sharing one set of clubs were allowed on the course; that alone greatly impacted pace of play. When it was my turn to tee off with what I thought was three others, the father was teaching his daughter how to play golf, making it five people. While it’s excellent kids are learning the game, a Saturday afternoon isn’t the time to allow it, further slowing down pace of play not just for the other people I was playing with, but all following tee times.…

A fantastic place to golf or to host an event. Brent goes above and beyond to help facilitate bookings and even has tools to suggest options for food and entertainment. If I could give 10 Stars I would!

A fun and challenging layout. Golfed on a rainy day. Course said they were not serving food or drink; however, food was being served to other guests (“friends”). Would not recommend booking this course as part of a golf trip.

I was there a few weeks ago for a charity event and had a blast. The staff were great and the event was very well organized. I had a lot of fun and would recommend playing a round to anyone.

Friendly staff and great course. Trying to get a decent tee time can be tough but worth it when you do!

Overall conditions were fantastic, pace was good. No Marshall, but didn't seem to be required for us at least. Beer cart was consistent, would come again.

A nice course with very few trees. Excellent fairways and greens. BUT...very touchy about ensuring you move along, and with incorrect information. Further, as we wanted to stop at the end for a beer, the kiosk was open and no one there not paying any attention to customers. I got the distinct impression that the work ethic was quite lacking in the customer service area. I spent 2 days golfing here with out of town relatives. We were going to golf a second day but, with the negative attention on speed of play, the horsing around by some other players, the lack of customer attention, we took a p…

Nice track, heavy rains meant we had to walk, which wasn't too bad. Quite a few flooded areas and traps. I would definitely play here again when I am in the area.
