What People Say

In summary

Wildwood Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens and fairways, offering a straightforward and enjoyable layout suitable for both beginners and more experienced players. The course is noted for being reasonably priced and providing good value, with friendly clubhouse staff enhancing the overall experience. However, some visitors have reported issues with customer service, particularly involving course marshals, and occasional inconsistencies in course conditions, especially following winter. Additionally, the course offers cross-country skiing trails in the winter, which are generally well-received, though some suggest better trail marking.

One of three city golf courses, wildwood is a fun straitforward course. Lots of nice straight fairways, small greens, ups and downs. Reasonably priced, this golf course is good value.

As usual it's peoples that impress me the most. Course is just waking up. Grass isn't even growing. Greens slept better this. Still some damage from last year. Lets play golf. Do you leave the flag in when you putt?

Pretty good course, good entry level full size course that’s a little bit cheaper the holiday. Nice pro shop and good staff. The fairways and greens are usually in good condition but the rough tends to be dry and arid.

Very happy with the course conditions. Back when we lived here in the 90’s, this place was known as “Wildweed”. Always seemed kind of brown. Now, the greens are very green and plush. Same with the tee boxes. Fairways in great condition. Enjoy it better than some of the non-municipal courses.

Course was in great shape, had a very smooth 9hole round. Had one of my clubs re-gripped and Unfortunately didn't get finished on time when It was suppose too. When I "picked it up" obviously wasn't done, and was treated poorly by one of the young kids working. No apology, and was lost for words on what to do. Communication between employees was low and the Costumer service was lacking..Hard.

The frist time i golfed here, i wasn't too impressed with the greens, there were just too many patches and the grass seemed dry. I went there last week and i loved the state that it's in now. Greens are awesome, the grounds are nice and moist. Great city course.

The scenery is great, and the grass is smooth. However, the people weren’t very nice. Parents who wish to supervise their children on the golf course would be charged even if they weren’t playing. The junior passes were also declined at Wildwood. Apparently we need junior junior passes. This is weird, because they accepted our Junior passes the last time we went.

Good course, wide fairways ... the greens could use a bit of work.
