I am only leaving one star because Teressa the assistant was very helpful. Has for the main manager she sucks, will give you the run around for weeks, Me and my husband lived there for almost 2 years. Lease take over was fairly easy. We spent days cleaning and making sure the whole house was clean we had to call multiple times to see what we were doing with the deposit to be told. It’s not ready I gave it a couple more weeks only to be told we owe money for carpet replacement. Didn’t have pictures at first and now they have pictures to give us. Lost out 750 deposit and owed them 243. So needle…

Parking here is extremely cramped at night so if you work late there’s no chance of parking by your apartment, and residents often end up parking near the golf course because there aren’t enough convenient spots. My windshield was shattered by a golf ball. Yes, the lease and entrance signs say management isn’t responsible, but future residents should know this is a real risk before moving in, it’s a matter of when — not if — your car gets hit.

The old man and a short guy who works at the golf course is a jerk. The way he talks to people is rude and he shouldn’t be allowed to work here. Would give no stars if I could.

Lived here for one year. Not unlivable by any means. Issues about people living here: Saw multiple guys robbing cars three times, once while I WAS IN my tinted car (he opened my door right right before i got out and didn't know i was in it, ran away). People are loud and don't care 24/7. At least two night of the week there was music bumping until 4-5 am. Multiple 10+ person screaming fights outside (sometimes lasting an hour), banging on doors early in the morning. I understand this is area to area here, but where i was at there was constantly a racket. By the end i was just tired of this, m…

If you have a dog you love and care about I highly suggest you DONT live here. My dog and I were attacked by other off leash dogs twice, while going on a walk while living here. No one ever has their dogs on a leash and the leasing office does not give a rats behind and Fayetteville animal services can only do so much. Not to mention people don’t ever clean up after their pets outside. On another note there’s never anywhere to park and I’m not just talking about looking for a spot by your building I’m talking about in the whole lot after 8pm there’s nothing. It’s terrible if I could give this…

My girlfriend and I moved in a month earlier than our lease stated and paid a prorated fee in order to do so. We were told that our apartment would be move-in ready, but we found several issues upon moving in. I talked to Joey and management and, by the end of our conversation, he had already put in place ways for us to get it fixed. Upon talking to Joey in person, he was able to get our issues fixed nearly immediately. I originally would’ve left a one or two star review but, because of Joey, I’m leaving a five star review just because he was so helpful.

So far so good! We’ve been here for 2 weeks now. No bugs, friendly neighbors, really nice amenities, and we get a wonderful view from our porch of the mountains and the golf course!

Giving this a 1-star review purely because of the lack of parking spots. Do not rent here until they fix the parking situation. You will not have a spot after 8 p.m., and if you do leave, somehow, always, 100% of the time, your spot is taken within 5 minutes. It's not a huge deal when the weather is okay, but with freezing temperatures and a car full of groceries half a mile away, I angrily regret paying $1000+/month while walking home. I strongly suggest parking passes.

Booked an appointment to view apartments for future renting. However, the girl with the pink hair was unbelievably rude to us from the beginning. Would have asked her name but she didn’t even give us the chance to. She basically asked why did we even come when there’s no availability to move in. We had to keep reiterating that we are just wanting to tour the show units. She clearly was confused. Was making nasty looks at us and talking to us like we were stupid. Any time we asked her a question on the tour she had a rude remark and nasty look acting like we were dumb. At the end of the tour sh…

Terrible company. My water bill has steadily gone up every month and is now 188.17$. They go based off how many people live in the apartment not usage. Lindsey management disgusts me.

I would like to just take a moment to SHOUT OUT the amazing worker in the leasing office named JOEY! He took the time to really show us the whole property and worked to ensure that all of our questions were answered. He was very knowledgeable on the property and all of the amenities that it comes with! I can't wait to start this journey at the Links thanks to the hard work to put into making it feel like a community that I wanted to be a part of! Thank you Joey!

I just wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to Joey! Joey met us at the door, walked us to the desk and jumped into action with explaining the processes to make The Links my new home! Joey showed me two beautiful units and was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about the complex! I’m so excited to have him and the rest of the leasing team on my side while I live there! Best experience ever!
