The Links at Springdale Golf and Country club

Our family received wonderful customer service while my daughters were applying for an apartment. Nadiyah was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and really took time showing us different floor plans and answering all our questions. The apartments are spacious and in great condition. The amenities are impressive and the location is convenient. I'm excited for my girls to get moved in! Corporate, if you're reading this, Nadiyah is excellent representative for your brand. We really appreciate all her help.

So there is this one specific lady she knows who she is. She Is an unprofessional lady. Not even a lady, she is a little girl. She acts like a little girl. I had spoken to her about a letter I received, the little girl was absolutely rude about it and hung up in the middle of me speaking. I’ve lived here around 2 years and always have had unpleasant issues with the office staff. Went to visit the pool with a friend around July, signed in how you’re supposed to. We were walking to our chairs when I was called out by a blonde office employee who was very patronizing, yelling across the pool telling me to stop walking and to come back to her, like a child. She accused me of not living at the links, was very insistent that I did not live there and that she knew the actual tenants that lived in MY apartment. I love this community. The office managers are friendly. The maintenance team is quick to respond and work hard to keep the grounds looking nice. I feel safe and this is my third year here! As long as you pay your rent and abide by your lease, living here will be a great experience.

Just finished out our lease after 2 years at the Links. We had good unit, only complaint was the parking. People fly through the parking lot since there are no speed bumps and you’re not able to see them while pulling out of a spot. There is a huge condensation problem with the windows and it causes mold if you don’t clean it regularly. Otherwise, it was a nice little apartment. Maintenance was wonderful and very attentive, never had an issue with the office either.

I have had several issues during my time at The Links at Springdale, but my most recent experience was beyond unacceptable. On Christmas Eve, my garbage disposal broke and began bubbling up with dirty, foul-smelling water. It was not something I discovered, but an issue that happened suddenly. When maintenance initially came, the worker added more water to the sink while trying to fix it but could not resolve the issue. I had to submit another work order, and the head of maintenance came on December 26 while I was out of town. When I returned on December 28, I was horrified to find my kitchen…

Played golf here today. Somehow management let a group of 8 play (max everywhere else is 4), and was stuck behind them for almost 30 minutes at every tee box. We were stuck playing this god awful course for almost 4 hours (Normal is 2). Bunkers are hard as a rock, fairways are full of dead spots, and it’s cart path only. Would love a refund (more expensive than Bella Vista) but I doubt that will happen.

apartments are clean but the women at the front desk specifically the white woman with blonde hair (45) is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I’m not allowed in the apartment UPSTAIRS gym for unintentionally “slamming weights” with no warning and was told my boyfriend wouldn’t be allowed to come either who is on my lease because “i ruined it for all on my lease” insane.

This place is terrible. They are unreasonable and unwilling to work with you on anything. They will screw your over. Christy, and Leslie are both VERY unfriendly and unhelpful. They are choosing not to help simply because it is an inconvenience for them and they don’t want to. Could not recommend less. DO NOT RENT HERE BY ANY MEANS.

Bunch of crooks! I was on a waiting list and then I got a call saying that an apartment would be ready for me by Feb 5th. I have yet to sign a lease. Due to job circumstances I am now unable to move to Springdale, but I'm being told that they are going to keep my deposit. So let me get this straight. You crooks are keeping my deposit even though I never signed a lease and you could easily rent it out to someone else before the end of the month and then you'll be charging them a deposit too? Literally just stealing people's money.

The management raise the rent every year. Very unorganized. Make up new rules to benifit themselves without considering the residents.

Absolutely awful, after renting from Lindsey properties for 10 years Lindsey management is a joke at best, but this property is awful. They up the rent every single year by an average of $45 a month, only to have a dangerous parking lot people fly through because of a lack of speed breakers, facilities that are falling apart and no new improvements are made. They leave construction equipment all over the property. And this is all before you get to the fact that the crime at the facilities is a daily routine. My vehicle was broken into twice.
