we’ve never had any issues living here! the maintenance crew is super nice and responds in a quick and timely manner. plus, richard and jake are some of my puppy’s favorite people! they are always super helpful whenever we have questions and welcome interactions with the residents. thank y’all for being so awesome!

My father stayed at the links from 2013-2015 and I loved it so much. I was young but everything was amazing. the apartment is a good enough size. The pool was great . I. miss it everyday.

I was on a waiting list for 6 months.. I needed a bottom floor. Handicapped brother who is blind and mentally Handicapped plus having total knee replacement done 6 days after move in.. got our apartment number wrote down on paper. Bottom apartment.. worked had all my stuff packed.. went to get keys.. It was an upper apartments that had a smell I can't even explain.. plus someone was going to have there utilities turned off.. All i know is I have proof what apartment I was supposed to get.. So now I'm Homeless and waiting for another apartment somewhere else.I wouldn't believe them for nothing.…

I have lived here for the last 5 years and It has been a great experience. The maintenance crew ( Jay and Richard) are always fixing any issues and making sure we have updated outlets, fixtures and appliances. I also wanted to acknowledge Stephen, Karina, and Kelly. They are always quick to get back and care about the residents. I would recommend living here, it is very quiet with a nice weight room and a great par 3 golf course. It has been by far the best apartment I have ever lived in.

They don't care about anything but money. We told them we needed a little more time to come up with rent but they still put 2 vacate the apartment papers on our door even after they told us we have till the 10th to pay the rent. We have 2 boys and 2 babies yet they don't care. They rather us be homeless then give us a little more time then the 10th.

Came home and Air Conditioner wasn't working. Called front office 5:58pm [the office closes at 6:00] They scrambled and to get a portable air-conditioner. My apartment was cooling down within 30 minutes. Next day they sent a repairman and everything is working as it should!! 5 🌟 stars

Pretty decent apartments. The lowest prices in the area for a decent place. The parking lot has a lot of pot holes. The golf course is enjoyable. They’re pretty lenient on things. The maintenance team is sub-par. They lack communication and don’t clean up after maintenance requests.

I lived here for 2 years and was very pleased. The management was always helpful, maintenance is excellent. Everyone was always kind and friendly. I knew my family was safe there. Kind neighbors. They recently put in pet waste containers! They sprayed for bugs quarterly, and did quarterly apartment checks changing air filters and checking fire alarms. I have heard that other locations are difficult but Lowell is amazing! I highly recommend living here!

We have lived here about 4 years. After living in a couple other (mediocre at best) Lindsey Properties in my life, I can say this is definitely the best there is! Not once have I ever had an issue with management. In fact, I really appreciate what they do here and the customer service they provide. I have lived in Links at Lowell for 5 years I think maybe 6 now. I have really loved it. Ever time I need something worked on in the apartment I email through the email and Mr. Paul gets on it. He is very nice and happy to see him around. He always working to make these appointments work properly. When I go to the office, I always have a great experience each time. Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Karina both make me fill at home. They are both kind and very respectful too me and my family. Has always been nice and very helpful. Will give out info on help if needed to pay bills. Repair services are doing in a timely manner. Has an awesome gym and pool. Beautiful golf course, if you play golf. I don't, but it is still beautiful. The management is very nice and professional. 9 to 9 office hours. Someone is always there if needed. The maintenance men Paul and August, are friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing and get it done. The grounds guy is doing his best working short handed, but he is very nice and will listen to your concerns

I've lived here a year and a half, and once before for a year. I have never had a problem with them working on stuff in my apartment. But that being said I guess I have never really complained. My dryer hasn't been drying my clothes what so ever. Running the dryer three times with the same load and clothes still come out wet. I have put in multiple maintenance requests and each time they said it was fixed then I got home to do laundry only to find it wasn't fixed yet. Finally I get them to replace my dryer.
