I have lived at this apartment for almost 2 years, and in August of 2024 I began to notice BLACK MOLD COMING OUT OF OUR AIR VENTS. Naturally I contacted Maintenance to report this issue and have it resolved. While I was out of the apartment a maintenance rep stopped by my apartment to address the issue. Only problem is when they "Fixed" the issue, all they did was replace the vent itself and scrubbed the residue on the wall WITH SCRUBBING BUBBLES AND JUST PAINTED OVER IT. Wouldn't recommend staying here. To start off, Our washer had mold in it when we first moved in and the office said they would come fix it the same day, nope, they came the next week and did nothing for it. You only get 1 guest per apartment to go to the pool. Not 1 guest per person on the lease, but 1 guest for the entire apartment! The landscaping crew will trim trees/bushes and cut grass and not clean any of it, it will just stay on the sidewalks. You will not get your full security deposit back ($350) if you hand your lease over to someone else, you will get $186 back. Supposedly they take…

Terrible management Terrible so called maintenance men. They have people sleeping in there cars in the parking lot its a real safety concern and the office wont do anything about it. You can smell the people next door smoking there weed all day cause these apartments arent sealed correctly. The staris are rusting away and they just paint over them once again stay away from these apartments.

We just renewed our lease. We would not have stayed were it not for how fantastic the management and maintenance are. The office is so professional but so nice. The maintenance responds to work requests faster than anywhere I've ever seen or heard of. We are habitual movers; but here, We found home. I wanted to wait until I renewed my lease before I posted this review. From the amenities to the golf course to the walking trails; I can't think of anywhere else I want to live.

These apartments are absolutely awful! You have government employees housed here!!! Just in case you weren’t aware the government is SHUT DOWN. Which means the people working in prisons keeping your nightmares locked up at night WITH NO PAY are still doing it willingly! The fact you sent out an “evection” notice and would not accept a payment a DAY late when provided to you is disgusting!!

This place has a 2 star rating on Google for a reason! Your apartment will get broken into, your car will get broken into and they will do nothing about it! The leasing agent in the office is extremely disrespectful and you will regret every second you live here from the moment to sign the lease so don’t do it!

I lived in the Greens side for four years, I was the first person in my unit and it was very nice! The appliances and cabinets were solid and worked great throughout my time. I had a 2b2b on the 3rd floor and took a lot of advantage of the little patio space as well as all of the closet storage in the unit! Loved living here over the years. I always took advantage of the pool during the summer and hot tub throughout the year. My AC blew out while it was 100 degrees outside because the AC units they have are 20 years old (maintnence told me that himself) and its been out for three days. My apartment has been 95 degrees and management wont give me a clear answer on when it will get fixed, this place is miserable. Theres also horrible mold management refuses to address.

We have been living here for almost 2 years. We were so excited when we first moved in but it seems like the longer we are here the more disappointed we become. After my experience with one lady in the office yesterday, I am fed up. One of the worst places I’ve lived. They don’t take residents concerns seriously. The golfers take priority, they have placed a huge pile of wood chips in our parking lot covering two spaces and now a pile of sand taking up more. I live on the side that all the golfers park meaning I have to walk from two buildings over with my two toddlers some days, which that in itself is so unsafe since golfers don’t pay attention when it comes to traffic since they have “right of way.” Bringing that up, there is a walking trail and the only way to get to it is passing through the gold course. I lived here for a few years. All I can tell you for future residents is GET A RING DOOR BELL!! Do not trust the staff or maintenance. In January of 2024 I left my apartment for 20 minutes. I came back to notice something was off about my place. Then noticed an air filter in the hallway. I assumed it was the regular quarterly filter change, but then noticed 3 pairs of expensive sneakers are missing along with some hats of mine. I called the police and made a report. I've called this place home for almost a year now, and it's been an incredible experience! The office staff and management team are truly exceptional - friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. You can tell they prioritize their residents' well-being. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!
