The Links at Oxford Golf & Country Club receives mixed feedback. While some visitors appreciate the affordability of the units, there are significant concerns about the management's responsiveness, maintenance issues, and the overall condition of the apartments, including reports of mold and noise disturbances. Additionally, several reviews highlight dissatisfaction with the handling of deposits and unexpected charges.

Omg I don’t know where to start. I called and kept communication open with Ms. Myeisha and Ms.Tori before move-in. Both have been so helpful and such pleasant women. This went beyond just moving in. I had an issue with my deposit about 2 weeks after moving in. I spoke with them and they were still smiling and pleasant women. she called me right away, when they could have just left me in the dark not knowing and racking up charges. I was furious inside, but managed to fight back the tears and Speak with Management (Tori) who understood and is only doing her job. So sorry Ms Tori if I seemed ang…

They truly are awful! The staff will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. The maintenance is even worse. You can place a work order on the app (like they tell you to) but never show up to fix a problem. They don’t even deserve one star. You're better off living in your car.

Manager, although presenting a professional demeanor, does not care about the existing state of the apartments, simply stating they are "old". Before addressing any of the claims I had with the apartment, she asked if I'd like to break my lease. When I stated I can't afford to live anywhere else in Oxford, she effectively told me to suck it up. Despite the Links having extremely affordable prices, the apartments show their age and management will tell you to deal with it or kick rocks even if the apartments are objectively unsanitary due to black mold in the HVAC line. Roughly half of the offi…

This complex is absolute trash. The management will tell you whatever you need to hear to get you to sign a lease then go against their promises after you sign. Never before have I ever dealt with such rude and offensive people in my life. Please if you value your sanity do not ever rent from this place. I have had issue over issue with this company. Their maintenance people help themselves to your belongings then the office tell you that they entered under emergency reasons where they can't prove the emergency. I put cameras up in my apartment and caught them and the office defends their work…

Please consider carefully before deciding to live here for the following reasons: 1. Unbearable Nighttime Noise: During our lease, we were subjected to unbearable nighttime noise, which should have been addressed by the landlord as a breach of the rental agreement. Despite numerous complaints to the office, they remained indifferent, leading to severe stress on our part. 2. Expensive and Noisy Golf Side Units: Units facing the golf side come with a higher rent, but you’ll have to endure the constant noise of people playing golf during the day. 3. Mold and Humidity Issues: The windows had mold,…

Avoid this place, I'd be willing to bet I could get a class action lawsuit based upon what I've seen here. They do ad little as possible, I'm the only reason people live here is because there is a housing shortage in Oxford and people are desperate. When I moved into my apartment, it had a strong musty smell. On top of that, I quickly realized my HVAC system mixed air with one of my neighbors because whenever they would smoke weed, my apartment reeked of it, as well as cigarette smoke. I'm pretty sure this violates some kind of health code. But the musty smell was always there, and all they w…

Hands down the worst apartment complex I have ever been in, it’s not even close. My water heater had a leak at least 3 separate times now causing damage and mold everywhere. The grounds are never kept up and there’s trash and broken glass outside all the time. I was told a renewal price over the phone and then when I went to sign a couple of weeks later, it was about $100 higher. They wouldn’t budge and went back on their word because it was verbal, not written. Rent keeps going up but the building quality keeps going down. They know units will stay filled because it is a college town so the…

Do not rent with The Links at Oxford!!!!! Shay in the front office tells you that they have availability but the units are going fast. In order to get the unit, you need two money orders. The first for $80 for the application fee. This is non-refundable. I agree and proceed with the payment. However, the second payment in the amount of $375 for an Application/Security deposit. We followed the directions of the Links management and both payments were made with a money order. However, after management received payment, they informed us that they had no availability and we need to go on a wait li…

This place is absolutely beautiful! Lot of space for kids to play. And lots of grass to walk your dogs. Very quiet community. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.

so many problems with the move In date to start. then we had a leak that they said they fixed and that was the reason we couldn’t move in on time. the amenities only half work and now half of them are closed. “construction “ on the tennis court when nothing is even going on to it. at the start of spring/summer and you can’t even go sit by the pool or hang out on the tennis court.

If you are looking for somewhere to live, please take the reviews of this complex seriously. Management is terrible here. The people in the front office do not care about their tenants. When something breaks in my apartment, the problem is either never assessed correctly or fixed the first time. I always have to put in 2-3 work orders every time. Management also does not know how to communicate properly. My washer was broken when I first moved in, and after I called various times, I was told that I would get a new washer. I would’ve never known this if I wouldn’t have kept calling. They never…

I love it here, it’s peaceful at the Greens. Nice apartment. I’ve been here for 2 years, idk what experience y’all had but they have never been rude with me, always willing to answer my questions with positive attitudes. And if I need help on understanding something, they do there best on explaining more it specifically.
