In summary

The Links at Rainbow Curve Golf & Country Club is appreciated for its well-maintained grounds, scenic location, and proximity to shopping and dining options. However, many residents express dissatisfaction with management's communication, citing issues with dismissive staff, high move-out charges, and maintenance concerns. Additionally, some mention problems related to stray golf balls affecting their property and the lack of accountability in resolving these issues.

Communication from management and staff has consistently been dismissive and disrespectful. Transparency? Nonexistent. Mold problem due to poor ventilation in each unit. If you call maintenance per the issue they come with a pinesol and water mixture (they dont have mold cleaning products per some of the staff) or paint over it thus the mold always comes back and the issue is never truly resolved. Parking is trash. But utterly my biggest issue is the staff and their poor communication issues. If Lindsey Management truly cared about their complex they'd reflect on their staffing choices as t…

Very worst and horrible move out experience. As we went through most of the people's move out experience, we were very cautious to avoid paying extra dollars when we planned to move out. But, you can't escape from this management screw you at the time of moving out. We were cleaning the house for 2 days expecting, we will not get extra cost for Cleaning and others. However we got good amount charged for cleaning. All our cleaning efforts went in vain. The management is very smart in renovating their building with the people staying in. They are renovating all the interiors when poeple move out…

If I could put a 0 star I would. Multiple break ins calls to the office with so little respect. Do not ever call them for anything even maintenance because it will not help. Paying $1,400 is not worth it here. Loud neighbors and they won't do anything but give you even more attitude the office ladies are horrible help.

If you value transparency, fair pricing, and being treated with respect as a tenant, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. After over a year of living in this complex, I can confidently say that dealing with the management company has been one of the most frustrating parts of my experience. Lease terms are structured in such a way that if you don’t lock into another full-year contract, you’re subjected to significant monthly upcharges—well over $250 in my case. The message is clear: sign or pay a steep price. Communication from management has consistently been unhelpful and, at times, dismissive.…

As a resident. I haven't had any problems. I don't have a dangerous location to the golf course, but as a golfer, I've had my share of hitting apartments, and I'm very sorry. It's scary. The course is small, this amount of traffic should be an 18-hole course. It's challenging. It's fun. Few issues with standing... PLEASE KEEP YOUR GOLF PARTY TO 4 PEOPLE MAX. It's a SMALL COURSE. The guy that runs the office on Monday night is a little weird...

The scenery is beautiful this fall. They maintain this place so well. They have everything from plain apartments to Fancy ones. It is a nice place in a nice location near shopping.

Tried to pay my rent twice on Friday while their system was down and charged a late fee the following Monday around lunch time. No apology for the inconvenience on my end and pointed this out to the person I spoke with. I could not be more disappointed in their lack of empathy.

Apartments are good. Location is great. Rent is OK. Move out charges are extremely high. Could be more than your rent. They ‘ll construct a new apartment at your expense. Some of the staff and the property manager are really rude. Manager never talks face to face. Always shouts from her office. If you ask for any help, general answer would be ‘NO’. The maintenance team is excellent. If you get a furnished apartment and you got some old out of life furniture (99% it’ll be the case) you’ll have to live with it till dooms day. This is the only place on the planet where the value of old, broken…

Horrible experience, Just got off the phone with Cannessa, one of their employees in the lease office. Absolutely atrocious customer service, her main point not to do what was asked was because, “ She wants to avoid the headache”. Unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. If you enjoy being disrespected by the people you’re giving money to, then sign right up with Lindsey.

Scheduled a tee time 3 days in advance fully paid, watched him give the last cart away to a walk in, who got in line right before me. Sat there and waited for a cart. New management needed bad. Won’t be back.

Please for your insurance rates don’t move here. I’ve lived at the links for less than a year now and I’m now having to replace my 2ed windshield because of stray golf balls. And the complex will not take responsibility as per lease. Please save your money and go somewhere else. It will be well worth it in the long run.
