In summary

The Ridges at Village Creek is frequently praised for its beautiful and challenging layout, with stunning elevation changes and well-maintained fairways. The course offers a unique 27-hole experience and is often described as a hidden gem, with friendly staff enhancing the overall experience. However, some visitors have noted that the greens can be slow and require maintenance, and there are occasional issues with the carts and lack of dining facilities. Despite these minor drawbacks, the course is highly recommended for its value and scenic setting.

The golf course was challenging overall, but the putting greens were not well maintained, which resulted in somewhat unsatisfacory conditions. Due to the length of the greens, 6-iron or 7-iron is typically needed for the second shot. It seems that the scenery would be truly beautiful in the fall

First time visit yesterday. Staff was friendly and funny, especially Sam. He was very accommodating to our group. We had a mix of experienced players and novice. All of us had a great time. Course is challenging, but not too difficult. Greens, fairways, and roughs were all well maintained. I am excited to come back and play this course again and would recommend playing it.

Hidden gem! Beautiful golf course! Lots of up and down, creative layout. Course was in great condition! On a weekday mid-afternoon, I had the place to myself. Spent more time on the woods looking for errant tee shots so I came home with a bunch of tiny ticks! I'll bring bug spray next time! But I will be back!

Played here in Jun 2024. Loved it but you want to stay on the fairway. Driver sounds like a rifle shot early in the morning. Good value

This is truly a hidden gem of a course. It's worth the visit if you can find it as you will need to go inland bit, so make sure you have a signal. Now the course itself is fantastic, with ridiculous elevation changes, tree line course. Good par 3s, Long par 4s and none of the par 5 are reachable in 2 from the white tees (which is the equivalent of the blue tees in most places). It was 6730yds from there. Burmuda greens, they were a little slow, but as the sun came out, they were getting quicker. My only complaint is the carts. They are electric, and they feel like we may need to get out of t…

This was a very playable course. It had three nines we played the north and the east. The greens were slow and needed some attention but the course was beautiful.

We ended up playing this beautiful course two days in a row so we could experience all three nines. The course was in great condition and a few greens had some repair spots but overall they ran true and fast. The fairways and views off the tees were fantastic. We will come back on our next trip through Arkansas.

Great and very scenic layout. Fairways were good. Greens were a little hairy and slow for our taste, you really had to hammer every putt. We went 10/2 and the mesquites were horrible. Many looked like the size of hummingbirds. They had a young lady that knew nothing about golf and no training at the proshop. She was great and got us taken care of, not her fault. They do not have an open restaurant so eat before you arrive. They do not have complimentary ice for your cooler or drinks, you have to buy a bag of ice. Pace was fine being no one else was out there at 1pm. We would play again, feels…

This course is the prettiest course I've played near Memphis. It has tons of elevation and a lot of insane undulation If you're going as a really bad or beginner golfer than just expect it to be insanely hard for you. But the nature is absolutely wonderful. The woman I talked to on the phone for my reservations was very kind and helpful but the staff members that worked there when I showed up were exceptionally rude and made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I don't think I've EVER left a negative review but the staff actually made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable. Other than…
