Great place for families and couples alike! Fun and challenging golf course, nice pool, lots of fun activities including a hole in one contest, pot lucks, cards/bingo, paddle & racket sports, and workout room. Convenient to lots of local shops, restaurants and bars.

A 13 year old is forced to play in men’s golf league and loses 50 dollars because of it, but the same kid is kicked out of pickleball because they aren’t old enough. The board is too ignorant to deal with this, and at least 3 people have talked to them about it. Let a kid be a kid without taking the fun out of it and abusing them.

It's got just about every summer activity you can ask for. Between swimming, Golf, and the occasional Saturday night bingo, it's hard to get bored in this nice little community.

Love Love Love this place! I come up to visit my parents once a week or so, very convenient I take the light rail into Big Lake where they pick me up... Saves so much time! Beautiful golf course, people riding around on carts all day/ evening & everyone is so friendly. It's my new happy place 😁

Pool is not open, CDC studies show no transmission in pools. Playground is not open. Really? County parks are open. Little to no communication by staff or board regarding these “closures”. Price of the boat storage space almost tripled in one year. No reduction on our HOA but a 90% reduction in amenities.

Very friendly park model village with great amenities (golf, pool, pickleball, card playing, etc). Many events going on monthly. Open 4/15 - 10/15 each year.

TCCOM is a great place to live seasonally. We'll never go back to a "brick and mortar" home. Unbelievably economical living with fantastic amenities -- all part of the package!

My parents have a place here and have had for the past 40 years, since it opened. The ownership leans toward retirees these days, but as a result the place is well maintained and peaceful.

My husband and I have been at the club for 5 years and we love it. We looked and looked for the perfect place and so glad we found this seasonal retreat.
