In summary

Whispering Pines Golf Club is highly praised for its well-maintained course, beautiful scenery, and variety of challenging holes. The staff, led by owner Mark, is frequently commended for their friendliness and accommodating nature, while the modern GPS carts and reasonable pricing enhance the overall experience. Some visitors mention minor maintenance issues like marshy areas and worn tee boxes, but these do not significantly detract from the generally positive experience.

Very nice course. Some very marshy area and some beat up tee boxes and greens but has been very wet. Please add sand boxes to tee boxes. Great staff and good layout. A few dangerous greens/tee boxes.

My family loves to golf this course. It's in fantastic condition, beautiful rolling terrain with interesting and challenging holes, GPS golf carts, beverage cart, nice bar and restaurant. We love the beautiful scenery of pine trees and large hardwoods. There is a creek that runs through the course with cart bridges crossing over. Staff is very nice and the prices are really fantastic!

This golf course is well worth it...the course was in great condition. The fairways were the perfect height and green..very beautiful! The greens were clean and people respect the game.. Didn't run into any major divots..greens were smooth! The staff was on point..very nice people! We got on with a larger group in front of us..caught up to them and they apologized...no worries it's only game! Very nice people out there! We will be back for another round soon! And possible set up a golf tournament to bring out people that have never folded this course. It's a fun challenge! #getoutngolf

Course is well taken care of and staff are great! New cart GPS is top notch. Course always has tee times and is a lot of fun to play. This track is a gem in the northwest area. If you haven’t played there give the course a shot!

Mark and his team hosted our golf tournament fundraiser for the 2nd year in a row. The whole crew has been so accommodating and flexible with any last minute adjustments and hurdles we had to overcome. The course looked fantastic, all the tee boxes and greens were kept in great shape. He always seems to exceed our expectations!

This course is so awesome for fall golf! Nestled in old woods with very mature trees, the course is such a pleasure to play. Especially in the early morning or evening. Professionally maintained and attention to details throughout. They also have the most state of the art gps connected golf carts in the area. Wonderful club house and friendly staff. This is the place to book your fall tee times. You will not be disappointed.

Great course, great owner, with skilled and courteous management. I was a single player today amongst a course filled with foursomes... The marshal was courteous and patient with all players and still managed to keep good time management throughout my round while the other players allowed me to play through when needed. Thanks for a great day of golf.

This is a really fun golf course. If you're looking for a great place to play golf without all the fluff, this your place. It has a nice bar and great service, but no restaurant. For me that's the only drawback. That said, I will definitely go back. Keep up the good work Whispering Pines!

Nice course, many forgiving holes. Mature trees. Great deals. Today we played 18 with a cart for $25 and made a new friend on the 16th hole.

Course has nice layout. Needs some TLC. Many hole ball washers out of commission. Cart paths/bridges treacherous. Many fairways were hard as cement from lack of watering. Broke the head off my sand wedge trying to take a divot. Price reasonable given conditions.
