In summary

Turkey Run Golf Club is appreciated for its challenging course layout and scenic natural setting, with many golfers noting well-maintained greens and friendly staff. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the outdated clubhouse, inconsistent course maintenance, and occasional negative interactions with staff. The course's difficulty and condition can vary, with some areas needing more attention, particularly after storms or during seasonal changes.

Always a great time. The course is the best it has ever been. If you have never played it is one of the tougher courses in the area by far.

Great golf course!!! Pretty large complex. The clubhouse is old and outdated, but the course is nice. I went a couple days after a BIG storm with heavy winds came through so in the pictures you'll see a lot of sticks, logs, and leaves. They said that normally there aren't a lot of sticks and leaves out on the course. And I believe them because of the way they take care of the grass, specifically the greens, it is evident that they care about the grounds! I drove over an hour to play here, and it was TOTALLY worth it! 11/10 will definitely come back!

Not a bad course. We hit it early Spring when it was dry and fast! Needed more maintaining throughout the winter, some fallen trees on the fairway and muddy patches where work was being completed, but otherwise not bad. Very friendly staff! Didn’t see any turkeys though.

Well without a doubt one of the worst golf courses I've ever golfed at. I don't even know where to start on this golf course. Golf carts are absolutely trash. The tee boxes are absolutely horrible to hit off of. The fairways good luck if their mowed. The greens oh gosh you want to talk about a joke they're not mowed very well at all they've got all kinds of patches on them truly if I could give this golf course a negative star I would. It's pretty sad 8 years ago this place was not a bad golf course I don't know what happened to it it's without a doubt one of the worst to ever play do not wast…

Nice course, reasonably priced, and beautiful natural geography. Dated amenities.

I enjoyed my afternoon at Turkey Run Golf Club. I found the course a challenge and fun. The host was nice and helpful to me. Being nearly Halloween, the course had a lot of leaves which made finding the balls difficult. That is to be expected at any golf course this time of year. Some holes were a challenge to navigate, some flags with numbers on it would help. Not a course for a beginner, but I would shake hands with people shooting par or under here.

Very very nice golf course. I did go right after a big storm so there were a lot of branches and downed trees, but other than that it was a great course. Some of the tee boxes are out of shape. But the greens were beautifully cut and manicured. I would highly recommend coming here to golf.

I do not recommend going here unless you want to deal with a racist hateful old lady working the desk! Two weekends in a row she was hateful, and rude to my family. Keep in mind we came back twice within a month because we wanted to give our business to the local course. She told us we shouldn’t bring our kids, that she should have charged us extra (which she did) didn’t let us finish our game and kicked us out! She then screamed at us in front of our children (2-4yr olds, 1-2yr old, and a 14yr old who was learning to golf for the very first time) the owner was called and made aware of this ma…

This was a very disappointing experience. We drive an hour to be treated poorly. We presented our Fox 59 discount cards before paying. The lady behind the counter treated us like we were scum. Said if we would’ve told her we had that card when we called she would’ve turn us away. She then proceeded to tell told us we had to take the carts off to the side that we weren’t allowed to use the same carts as the general public uses. This cart didn’t run well gave us whiplash every time we took off no matter how slow we took it. We golf three times a week and never have gotten treated so poorly. I do…

First visit of the season was for a middle school golf meet. Immediately met in the clubhouse with rude and defensive lady working the counter. No accommodations for spectators for THREE schools participating in the meet. No carts were being rented out, rudely told to not cross any areas of play while walking back to watch the middle schoolers. Felt as if parents were being discouraged from being there. The extra money from spectators could have gone towards helping improve this slowly declining golf course. Will not return.

Course is n good shape and is always a challenge. With that being said the greens roll true but once again challenging, my kind of course. Plenty of scoring holes with others playing at or over par. Great rate too! Always look forward to playing turkey run

Great course! Very friendly staff and the greens and fairways were in good shape. Tee boxes a little dry but hard not to be in this heat. Challenging course with the terrain but very fun.
