Ukiah Valley Golf Course

Very hilly, no cart person so stock up before you go on the course. Very pretty

Been a number of years since I’ve played Ukiah Valley. It was Ukiah Municipal the last time I played. I’ve always really enjoyed the layout. It’s a very challenging course even though it’s less than 6,000 yards. The course was in great shape, as were the greens. The greens are particularly small, which is why the course is challenging. Everyone very friendly. Looking forward to playing again soon.

Nice course, played nine only. Its a hilly course , so if you like to walk be prepared. There is a putting area, but there are only two net enclosures for a driving range, bring your own balls that. The course is next to the city's park and pool, so if the course parking lot is full there is additional parking near the park, which is across the street from the GC. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Tough course, small greens. It was in great condition had a great time out there definitely recommend it

Brian was excellent at describing the course, the layout, and how things worked for our first time their! He was super helpful and has top notch guest service. The course was a lot of fun to play, a bit tougher than your average course. You get to launch the ball off a few cliffs down onto the valley floor below. I had a great time, although I was exhausted after walking all 18 holes, felt like a hike up and down mountains (I exaggerate). My only negative about the course was how high the fairway grass was. Always a good time, staff is super friendly

I was pretty disappointed to review my receipt only to learn that the "spectator fee" is equal to the greens fee. While it's understandable to have some fee, it's completely absurd to charge the full greens fee. The course could charge half of that, still recoup its costs for the nefarious few who try to sneak someone onto the course, and not penalize those of us who are honest and just want to have a family member ride along while we play.

Wednesday 11AM tee time - no one behind us. My partner and I had a hard time understanding why this course isn't played more. Incredibly hilly, some spectacular elevated tees, some precision shot doglegs and both tight fairways on the first nine, and nice open ones on the second. Well worth playing if you're used to valley public courses.

We had a t-time at 1pm for the twilight date, $36 includes cart The staff very friendly and facilities well kept. The course was in very good condition, front nine holes, very hilly with small greens. Back nine less hilly, wider fairways. Fun course to play any time.

This golf course is a hidden gem. Very challenging and extremely fair. I would definitely recommend you play here. Frank has done a terrific job on the course and keeps it very green. The clubhouse is going through an extensive remodel and should be able to take care of anything you need. Jeff is an amazing teacher and we hear it from everyone. Well honestly I would do 5 stars because the clubhouse people are very kind and professional and accommodating. The golf course is generally well kept. The food and beverages are good. The thing that unfortunately has taken away a couple of stars is that I’ve - as of today- left 4 or 5 messages for Ben who apparently does golf lessons and keep being told he will indeed return my call—— he’s never around or he’s busy when I’ve called. Great municipal golf course. Helpful and friendly staff, well maintained and just the right amount of difficulty for an intermediate level golfer. I highly recommend playing this course.
