In summary

Umatilla Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, scenic setting along the Columbia River, and a layout that balances forgiving and challenging holes, making it suitable for both beginners and seasoned players. The staff is generally praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, although there are occasional mentions of less satisfactory interactions. I’m new to golf and this course is very forgiving, but not to simple that it isn’t challenging. Grateful to have such a nice course in my home town. And David that works the pro shop is awesome

Very green, nicely manicured course. Very friendly and helpful staff. They don't price gouge on the weekends. We had a great time.

1st time playing there and I had a lot of fun. Tee boxes are under repair so the course plays short. Greens are in good shape for being winter and there were no crowds. Really affordable and worth every penny. Don't expect a fancy country club and you'll be satisfied.

Rock the locks, rocks. Don't know anything about the golf course other than that. I do hope that the organizers learned to not try and charge to much for the vendors, I think they ran half of them off this year, well see next year.

I actually really liked this course nice par 70 some long tricky holes you have a handful of par 3's. The course itself is a bit tricky when the wind picks up which it will most of the time since its on the river.

Has some nice looking green turf. The scenery is beautiful, as it sits above a flowing river and wildlife preserve. The actual course is pretty good sized too. There are several tournaments that are held at this course each year. Many celebrity golf players in attendance of those tournaments. There is plenty of parking and even plenty of wheel chair or handicapped accessible parking. The parking is free. There is gold cart rentals and also golf cart storage that is on site. There is a pro shop on site as well. Though I feel that the staff who works inside the pro shop could be more useful and…

Straight forward, easy to walk, mostly wide open course with enough trees to provide some trouble for errant shots and shade to cool off. In good condition april '18 with firm, medium fast greens that rolled nicely. No driving range or practice putting green. Good value, would play again.

My group and I were unaware of the “no outside alcohol “ rule, and got approached by the blonde lady working, which she was very disrespectful and unprofessional from the moment we paid at the desk. I DO NOT recommend golfing here if you’d like to have a fun time, it doesn’t seem like they allow it.
