In summary

Buckskin Golf Club is appreciated for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with particular praise for the helpful staff and owner, Jeff, who is noted for his excellent instruction. The course offers a good mix of challenges suitable for both beginners and advanced players, with reasonable pricing making it an attractive option for many golfers. However, some visitors have noted issues with course conditions, such as soft fairways and outdated carts, and a few have mentioned that it can be overpriced compared to other local options.

Extremely over priced. 9 holes for 2 players and a cart in the winter, costs $80. Not to mention, we came at 3:00 pm and half of the course was flooded. For that price (playing in the winter) 2 players can play a full 18 at Columbia Point. Don't waste your money.

Visited from out of town for a weekend for my grandsons 1st birthday. After looking at all the courses, we chose to play at Buckskin. Glad we did. Love the course & atmosphere. Very chill and relax with walk-in tee times. Will definitely play there at our next visit and every visit from here on out.

Very friendly staff and great price for the area. The course isn’t the nicest as far as the fairways and such go, but it has a very local, friendly feel. I will definitely continue to go here as opposed to some of the other overpriced courses in the area.

played here a couple times now. the greens and tee boxes are always amazing, the fairways are good and if you miss them it's usually dirt...but no rock so it's playable. Price is reasonable and guy who runs it has always been very friendly. Great place to work on your short game.

Course was super fun! Slowest greens I’ve ever played by a mile, but overall the course was good practice. Only complaint I have is that I paid 14 dollars for a cart fee and wasn’t aloud to to give my friends ,who were walking, quick lifts to their shots if they were close to my ball. The carts are in absolute terrible condition and I just find it kind of ridiculous that I couldn’t help speed up play, especially paying 14 dollars for to ride in a dust bucket in 35 degree weather. Will play here again but never riding.

Not only is Jeff a great mentor, everyone I have encountered here is very encouraging and always willing to give you a tip or two... For better or worse. The speed of play is always spot on, and the course is challenging yet doesn't over punish a person for a poor shot. A great place to play, especially if you don't have a lot of time.

OK. It is not a big fancy golf course. The greens were beautiful and soft. The fairways were good large and forgiving. The trees are nice. It is not uncommon to see the owner out and mowing a bit of grass in between customers. It is friendly and comfortable and still a very good golf experience.

Owner Jeff is a great guy as well as quality instructor. Course is not real difficult yet has some challenges. Over all Course in very good shape ( most Tee Boxes above avg condition, greens are at min avg while fairways are avg & could use abit of TLC in places

Fun,cheap, great nine hole course that has par 4’s and 5’s. Owner is friendly and helpful. Only reason it gets 4 is course conditions. Not great just ok.

Great 9 hole course, walk or ride. Par 3 and par 4 course and driving range . Great for beginners and advance golfers. PGA pro gives lessons at very reasonable rates.
