In summary

Upper Canada Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained fairways and greens, scenic layout, and friendly, professional staff, making it a favorite among many golfers in the area. The course offers a challenging experience with a variety of hole designs, and the restaurant is noted for its quality food and service. However, some visitors have expressed disappointment with the condition of the bunkers and the lack of maintenance in certain areas, particularly during the fall season when leaves can be problematic. Additionally, a few have mentioned that the clubhouse facilities could use some updates.

We always wanted to try this course. We finally went and tried it and were a bit disappointed! We know that the leaves are continuously falling however, so many of the roughs were absolutely laced with leaves that even when seeing where the ball landed we still couldn’t find it. Between the two of us we probably lost approximately 10 balls that were in bounds. This course was also extremely challenging! The greens were tremendously fast and with people on our heels we didn’t feel we could take the time to remove all the leaves off the greens before putting. There were no grounds keepers out wh…

Disappointed. I'd been there many times and this is the first time I was disappointed. And the sand traps were garbage. Fairways were so so only the greens were dependable. The clubhouse needs a lot of work compared to what it used to be. This facility is owned by the province of Ontario. I am shocked that they've let it go like this.

Great golf course and a must play. Nothing in the pro shop really but nice restaurant. Pace of play in general is fast.

Upper Canada Golf Club is a must play for every level of golfer. Course conditions, layout and length is a solid 5 star. As a single digit index, it is in my top 5 golf course in the greater Ottawa area. Well worth the drive to Morrisburg. Golf staff and restaurant staff are the best. Keep up the great work.

Course is in great shape. We got the royal treatment. The restaurant was closed when we finished at 8:00pm so no beer or wings got us.

I’ve always loved this golf course. The layout is awesome. And for long ball hitters it’s a challenge. Although I’m a little disappointed with the quality of their greens this year and their bunkers were absolutely atrocious. I had to take an unplayable for almost every single one I was in. Somebody with some money should update the pro shop the parking lot and the greens along with adding some fresh new sand Bring it back to its glory days

Very nice course! Well maintained and green! The staff were friendly! No drink cart and the patio was closed all day which was a little disappointing on a hot day! The course is layed out nice and is an easy course to walk. Tee boxes were leveled and green and well cut! Fairways were in excellent condition well cut and green. Greens also were in really good shape. Fun course and would recommend and will go back!

This was the absolute worst kept golf course I’ve played in the 20+ years I’ve been playing golf. Fairways were either uncut, full of holes or covered in mud pellets. Greens were torn up with long grass. The rough was unkept and unhittable. I know it’s October but if you’re open and charging people full price it should be in good shape. I was very disappointed. Choose elsewhere.

The course was in spectacular shape today. The greens rolled true, were in fabulous shape and the fairways were outstanding. The course is lush but not over watered or soggy. This was my first time playing here and I would go back in a heartbeat. Definitely a course worth driving to play ans every hole is different with none feeling like a repeat.

Three friends went yesterday late afternoon and were surprised by the quality of this beautiful and scenic course! The greens were pristine and challenging. We enjoyed our visit and we are thinking of becoming members in 2021. Thank you to the many staff who took care of us.
