Wedgewood in my opinion best public course in Desoto County. Course itself is the part I’m talking about not the pro shop and other etc. Grass is kept well and the green are just about always rolling pure. Played High School & Junior College at Wedgewood, have some great memories out there. John Wells (Head Pro) super nice

Great golf course. Challenging layout with some very interesting holes. Beautiful club house and good practice area. Greens are healthy and fast. Can't wait to play here again.

Course is nice enough and challenging to justify the price. Pace of play is not enforced and they book tee times 8 minutes apart.. many times have played here and it takes 2.5 hours to play 9 holes due to the mismanagement.

I enjoy playing this course and the staff is super friendly. This course was more challenging for me but it fun! Very pretty landscape as well. This was my second time playing here and it won’t be my last!

Very disappointed about the property as a whole. Too high rough for a local course. Not kept up since becoming open to the public. Could have been a very nice country club once upon a time ago.

Course is in good condition, although they run the golf play in a terrible way. The group ahead of me is waiting at the tee box for the group ahead of them at the tee box who’s waiting on the group ahead of them to get to the green. I got here for my 1:38 tee time and couldn’t tee of til 2. Its been almost 2 hours and I haven’t even been able to tee off at hole 8. Will not be coming back to play golf for 6 hours waiting on people.

This course is in fabulous shape. Fairways are lush and greens that are in outstanding condition (and fast). Played there yesterday (April 16). I’d have to think that private country clubs would be hard pressed to duplicate these conditions. A real treat to say the least.

Very pleased with course conditions for Mid April. Greens were in excellent shape. Cost / Valle for play comparison is spot on. Young man working in the pro shop was mannerly and professional. Well done Wedgewood

Fantastic greens--fast but held an iron shot into them beautifully. The course demands precision over length. If you have a good 3-wood off the tee, use it. The course is not long. The layout is fun and a bit unique with a few risk/reward shots scattered around both nines. I can't wait to play it again, next time with course knowledge

The staff were amazing! Every hole was challenging and fun, especially on par 5s. The greens rolled true and fast.

The course is in incredible shape. The greens are phenomenal. The staff were so kind to me. I carried my bag 3 days in a row and its a million degrees out here but everyone was generously offering me rides to tee boxes or ice water. It was my pleasure to play here.
