In summary

White Mountain Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, affordable pricing, and friendly staff, with many visitors enjoying the scenic and varied 27-hole layout. The course offers a range of challenges, including water hazards and bunkers, and provides ample practice facilities. However, some players have noted inconsistent maintenance in certain areas, such as bunkers and tee boxes, and occasional slow play. Additionally, while the restaurant receives high marks for its food and service, there have been isolated complaints about customer service in the pro shop.

I played the lake course. $20 for 9 holes and a cart. That's so cheap. The course is in great condition especially the greens. The ground hog holes other reviewers were talking about are not an issue if you stay in the fairways. Awesome practice green and they have 2 chipping greens. Friendly staff and friendly locals. Loved it.

If the course was described (and priced) correctly I might give it a few stars. The owner describes it online as: "The White Mountain Golf Course is a 27-hole championship course that is one of the best public golf courses in the state of Wyoming." Which is laughable - It is actually one of the worst maintained courses I have ever played - and this was on July 4th weekend (prime golf season) Teeboxes were a combination of overgrown or grassless with prairie dog holes and droppings covering them. Fairways are what you would expect for the first cut of rough and the greens are like fairways tha…

Eves Restaurant at the golf course offers fine dining with a great drinks menu. The ribeye steak was salt encrusted and perfectly cooked. And massive. It was 19 ounces and I ate about 10.

18 holes plus nine on the side, definitely a good place to play around or two

This is a well maintained and affordable golf course with three 9-hole tracks that make for a fun and variable full round. Less than $40 for 18 holes and $21 for 9 holes. It's pretty flat for the most part with a few rolling hills. The Desert and Sands and Lakes are very appropriate names for each of these courses. Desert and Sands are long with plenty of bunkers and prairie dog patches with sage brush, while the Lakes course has plenty of water hazards that you WILL find your accuracy off the tee being challenged. The greens were deceptively slow and the breaks were nothing short of a conundr…

Greens are good just inconsistent in speed throughout the course. Bunkers are like concrete which sucks oddly enough. Fairways and tee boxes are 👍. If youre from the south then you'll love this place cause elevation helps you out big time. Clean facilities, plenty of open practice areas and quick service.

This course is a gem. The prices are low and the course is in great shape. Bring your A game because you are going to need it.

This is actually a decent course. In very good shape with exception of the sandless bunker and super slow greens. Guess they can't keep sand in the bunkers because it's windy in this area. The staff is very friendly as well.

Good food, Cory the owner/manager was nice enough to sit down and speak with me for awhile. Megan my server was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. They had a special for prime rib. It was cooked as ordered, make sure to order a jacketed loaded baked potatoe. A full service bar. The view in the evening is nice. I will be going back. They are only open for dinnet is one of the only drawbacks.
