Absolutely great golf course in a beautiful town. Greens and fairways are in very good shape for the start of the 2023 season. Expect the odd deer. -update as of July 11 after the river flood, back 9 is open and in decent shape. Bring bug spray, the standing water has resulted in a high concentration of mosquitoes

It's a beautiful golf course that took a pretty serious beating from the recent floods, but the staff, town, and board have done a tremendous job helping bring it back. Gorgeous views, great layout, and an amazing clubhouse. The staff are super helpful and very courteous! I look forward to coming back!

We played at 4 golf courses that week Whitecourt was in the best shape of the 4. Leaves will become an issue now.

Course was good seemed like the 9s were done at different times. Front is tight tree lined and beautiful with the river on holes the back was more open and prairie like

Greens are in rough shape this year. Lots of damage this year. Reading a putt with all the dead spots and all the gouges in them from poor mowing. Over priced by far for the shape of the course. Best to buy the Canada golf app and use the coupons to save some of your money.

The Whitecourt Golf Course has been a favorite of ours for many years and we make the two-hour trip once a year or more. The clubhouse and pro shop have a big-course vibe but a welcoming small-town feel. The food in the restaurant looked good and pricing was reasonable, even though we only had a plate of wings and a beer. The golf course is a delight to play. For the most part, it is a tight-treelined layout with a few wide-open breathing holes. It is generally a flat course with rolling fairways and greens. Overall the condition is outstanding, with well-groomed tee boxes and fairways, well-…

Just had the worst experience ever here. We finished a round of golf for my eight year olds birthday and my husband was parking his cart behind mine. I braked sooner than he expected and the carts crashed. There was a little damage. We were more than willing to deal with it and pay for it but the guy working the desk came running at us. Screaming at us. Literally. Saying he saw us and it was totally damaged and it was goingnto cost is a thousand dollars. All at the top of his lungs. And it was super busy there with a golf tournament happening. He acted like we were denying what happened or not…

First time playing this course (as I live in Calgary and it's a bit of a drive!). Course was in fantastic condition and fortunately we had a great day for it. It definitely has its challenges for the average player but it is super enjoyable and very scenic. If the par 3 along the river doesn't amaze you, nothing will!

Been golfing here since I was a little kid and it's always been a good track. Fairways are always cut short and the greens roll true. Lots of fun and a great challenge for any level of golfer.
