In summary

Wildhorse Golf Course is frequently praised for its challenging layout, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for golfers in the Davis area. The course offers a good value for money, with a variety of holes that cater to different skill levels. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the condition of the bunkers, slow pace of play, and occasional issues with golf carts, suggesting room for improvement in these areas.

Absolutely unsatisfied this weekend 02/22/26. Tee time was $80. The “bunkers” are as hard as concrete. I kid you not I had to call and change my golf cart 4 TIMES!! Three dead batteries and a flat tire. When I talk to the pro shop about the situation they just brushed me off and said nothing they can do. Pace isn’t enforced so it can take a duo 30min per hole and they wouldn’t care. It took me 5.5 hours to complete the course. 3hrs of play 2.5hrs of waiting on people.

Had higher expectations. Layout was pretty cool for the most part. Tee boxes fairway and rough all need work. Lots of weeds. Green side bunkers were nice fairway bunkers were just about unplayable. Really hope they improve the conditions!

My teenage son and I had a fun round here - perfect setting for our off-peak and novice game. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The course is a challenge, but worth it. So happy we came.

Wildhorse is a great course. Friendly staff, short wait, decent driving range and a fun track to play. Great value for the money. I'll be back!

Very rude and condescending staff in the pro shop. I come to this course out of convenience from where I live. In the past I’ve overlooked how overpriced the course is for its quality, but rude and unprofessional staff is enough to make me not want to return in the future. I’d rather make the ten minute longer drive to Teal Bend.

This a great course with a challenging layout for all skill levels. The course has been in great condition for all of my visits and I always look forward to interactions with the staff here as they consistently make me feel welcome and appreciated with each visit. Definitely coming back soon!

Play during the week days is nice pace if play is not an issue. Course is in good shape considering the amount of rain it took on. Ground keeping staff were always busy clearing debris and mud. Fairways are nice greens are in good shape. Price is fair but I wish they had a senior rate.

Fun course, fair price. If you have the pleasure of speaking with the GM, Charlie Klein, you wont regret it. He takes his position seriously and it shows in the quality of this course and overall experience of the Club.

I would like to express my gratitude toward the quality of service that I receive each and every visit to the Wildhorse Golf Club. Not only do the employees there attend to your requests & needs effectively, but they also do it in an excellent, positive manner that seems to be rare these days. My interactions alone with the main starter/front desk rep (I believe his name is Mike) keep me coming back. The condition of all aspects of their driving range & practice green are easily the best in the area. The installation of new yardage markers on the driving range are perfect if you want to establ…
