We've been here a few times and have always enjoyed golfing at William Land Golf Course. The customer service is always great, and the course is well maintained. It's a relaxing spot in the middle of the city, perfect for a quick round.

I will NEVER recommend this golf course to any woman. My first (and last) experience here was completely disrespectful and rooted in misogyny. As a former DI athlete and a woman getting into golf for fun, I was shocked at how demeaning and unwelcoming the staff, particularly a marshal named Dave, made the experience. My coworkers and I went golfing on a Friday when we all happened to have the day off. A group several tee times ahead of us was running about 10 minutes behind, so our tee time was slightly delayed, which was not a problem, since we had no time constraints. Our first encounter…

My husband who has a players card was charged for our 15 year old full price we told the man at the counter that we were never charged at the other sister courses , that didn’t matter .. if you google the rules for the players cards.. when a adult has players card your youth plays free. They are extremely judgey and condescending here now they also rip you off . I love the other sister courses but this one is wild.

Best 9 in the area... great condition. Never a disappointment about the course. But beware... always call in your tee time as online dynamic pricing can be DYNAMIC RIP as we were charged $12 more then our senior city card price (which is normally a good deal)... CALL IN FOR YOUR TEE TIME!! And get a city play card if you play the city courses on a regular basis.

William land is an excellent 9-hole course, nestled into a scenic community park. Tee times are well managed and rarely am I rushed to exceed my comfortable pace or waiting on a slow party. The course is well kept, with clean tee boxes and smooth greens. I enjoy that with 6 of the 9 holes, I can pull my driver out and let 'em fly. Only issue is that fact that you our in a community park, there will be the occasional walker that will stroll across the fairway as you're about to tee off, most are respectful and will scurry quickly across. Would recommend to most players, from beginners to low HC…

It's a great 9hole course with forgiving fairways for beginners. Great price after 6pm but the mosquitoes are viscous around sunset. The only downside is they refuse to rent out any carts after 530pm

Great 9 hole course in the middle of Sacramento. Not too busy. Course was well kept and the price for the day was lower than most other courses in the area. My only suggestion is that they add portable restrooms around the course, there was none when we played..

William Land Park is a very lovely and scenic neighborhood park and offers lots of activities for families. It has a great zoo, fairy tale town, an amusement park, a 9 hole golf course which is very popular and challenging. I recommend coming for a visit!

Great coaches in kids golf classes. Low coach student ratio. My 7-year-old loved to be a "little linker. " She has improved so much from the nurturing kids programs here. My daughter used to be very shy, but she's making friends here, getting her outdoor workout, and having fun. All come at a very reasonable price with flexible makeup policies.

The 9 hole course is in great shape from tee to green. It has 3 par 3's, 5 par 4's and 1 par 5.
