In summary

Haggin Oaks Golf Course is highly praised for its well-maintained courses, particularly the Mackenzie course, and its friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility offers a variety of amenities, including a large retail golf shop, an updated driving range with advanced tracking systems, and a well-regarded event venue. While most experiences are positive, a few visitors have noted concerns about the value for the price and occasional maintenance issues on the greens.

I have played each course once. Mackenzie is the better course. Well designed and very well maintained. The Arcade course is plain course with small round greens which are fairly flat. This course is also very well maintained but a little rougher than the Mackenzie course. Both courses are reasonably priced. I will recommend both and I will be back. Also great friendly staff!!!

All of this at such an amazing price point makes me want to go back and never leave! Oh and the massive retail golf shop on property is absolutely over the top and worth visiting whether you play the courses or not. Thanks for the great experience Haggin Oaks! I'll definitely be back! Charles Girdner

I think it's probably one of the nicest golf course I've been to. They have a food truck and the Cali slides are really good. They have a put put area great for kids. There's an outdoor bar and a huge store as well. Most definitely going back again.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this golf course that I felt was worth sharing. Not only is the course itself beautiful and well-maintained, but the staff truly made our visit special. My mom and I spent some time in the shop, and we were lucky enough to be helped by an incredibly kind and patient staff member Kylie. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable because I'm newly into the sport. What stood out most was her per…

One of the coolest places I've played golf. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, the food was really good and the vibe was the kind of golf vibe I like to be in!! The Mackenzie course is one of the most enjoyable tracks I've ever played and an absolute challenge from the back tees at 7000yrds but still very fun and score able from the more forward tees for the higher handicapers in our group. The greens were very fast and rolled true, rewarding the good putts but very punishing if not respected. All of this at such an amazing price point makes me want to go back and never leave! Oh and the massive r…

My husband got the full TrackMan Irons & Woods fitting ($199.99) and really enjoyed his experience with Jacob Custodio. Jacob was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My husband is 6'1”, so Jacob adjusted several club options to fit his height and swing perfectly. The custom fit made a huge difference, and Jacob made the whole process fun and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The McKenzie course was very nice and well maintained. Nice and wide open so you can definitely let it go. Just an all-around good place to go even just for practice at their driving range Especially with them having top tracer.. If you get hungry you can hit the bar area or the food truck outside.

Beautiful golf courses, updated driving range though sometimes it’s a little busy and you have to wait for someone to be done. They’re open late, around midnight in summer nights! There’s a taco truck that serves delicious food but can be pricey.

When thinking of the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex, the golf course at Alister MacKenzie design or the driving range comes to mind. This is what I found: 1. Alister MeKenzie 18 holes- easy to play, well maintained course, from the designer of Cypress Point on Monterey peninsula. It has a second course Arcade that is very beginner friendly. Costs as low as $25 to walk. Both courses can be walked. 2. The driving range has 100 stalls, is open at night, and has top flight ball traker systems for every stall. For each club, you can see how far your ball went, as well as distance straight, right, or left…

Feels like this place is slowly declining in the value you get for paying an increased price, the range used to be worth it, and the greens used to be maintained better. At this point I would rather go play somewhere else twice for this price as half of the holes on the McKenzie side have actual holes that the ball might get lost in and it’s my fault mainly but definitely not a friendly/fun course. The staff are not the friendliest either but it really depends on who you get that day. Again for the price you pay it’s definitely over priced imo.
