In summary

Willow Ridge Golf is appreciated for its well-maintained 9-hole course, friendly staff, and enjoyable dining options, making it a popular choice for beginners and those seeking a quick round. The course's layout, including its hills, provides a fun and straightforward experience, complemented by a welcoming atmosphere and reasonable pricing. However, some visitors have reported negative encounters with management and noted issues with course maintenance and outdated equipment, which may detract from the overall experience for some players.

Great little 9 hole track. One par 5 and the remainder par 4s/3s. Course was in good shape and pace of play wasn’t too bad. If you want a quick 9 in to keep the practice up, definitely come check it out. Staff was kind and courteous as well.

My friends and I love this course, and it is our go to on the weekends, we’ve had a few somewhat interesting encounters like blood on our golf cart, and I got some snacks there once and they ended up being expired, they let me switch them out no problem so I really haven’t had any negative experiences ( except some cranky entitled people) but that’s no fault of the course! The golfing itself can be rushed sometimes but it’s a great beginner course, and a fun 9 holes to play! We also see a lot of wildlife including geese, a snapping turtle, groundhogs, and even a baby beaver!!

I had an absolute blast at this, even though there were not really any hazards. The hills definitely made up for it. The greens were also fun to putt on and very clean and well kept.

I was there tonight with my folks, I was so surprised of the quality of food and friendliness of staff. Water was great , cook/ Owner? (Sue ) came out and liked to us and was super nice. I want to go back and try some of the cajun inspired dinners, but was in the mood for the local Michigan favorites. I don't normally review places I do not want people to "crowd up" but it was awesome!

For the green fees/bar prices charged it is more than fair, exception value, beautiful course for beginner or senior, very pleasant and professional staff. There meals times are limited due to staffing concerns but the quality of those meals is outstanding and worth the wait. Enjoy its a great 9 hole course!!

Never in my 18 years of golfing have I witnessed what occurred during our tee time. DO NOT COME HERE. We had a group of 4 with consecutive back to back tee times, and managed to get kicked off on hole 2. We were told that “we don’t share clubs here” because 1 of our guys didn’t have their own set, the owner (worked there for 40 years) starting harassing us and came out to speak to us. We were all respectful until she started harassing and overall having poor service. The owner instructed us to go back to the club house, where she claimed she would refund us. No refund was given and the owner s…

Great prices, people have been nice and responsive. Have played here since my first round at 16 and have now at 29 rediscovered the love for this efficient and affordable 9 hole course as I want more reps in on the course affordably this season. Greens can be a little dicy after aeration but they are improving

Had a tee time made for father’s day Sunday a week in advance. We showed up Sunday my brother and his son showed up when we went to pay they informed us they would not be letting us out because he had his son with him. They were very rude about the entire situation when the were the ones in the wrong. Wouldn’t waste ur time or money at this course or there uneducated management

Lady at the front desk has to be the rudest lady i have ever encountered. Proally y there was only 6 cars on a Sunday afternoon in the parking lot. Maybe you should fix your attitude and this place might not go under.

This course was THE WORST COURSE I have ever played in my 30 years golfing. Terribly maintained and the people in the pro shop could not have been ruder. The owner Deborah was incredibly rude and completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun day. Her assistant was harassing us the whole round and we witnessed them turn away customers just because they were teenagers. Awful course spend ur money elsewhere! The pro shop looks like a fishing shack and they sell no golf related things at all.

Sue and her staff always make you feel welcome and the food and service are very good! In summer, I also enjoy golfing with friends on the course. It makes for a quick round of 9!
