In summary

Wolfridge Golf Course is often praised for its unique reversible layout, scenic setting, and friendly staff, providing a challenging and enjoyable experience for many golfers. The course's remote location adds to its charm, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. However, some visitors have noted inconsistent course conditions, particularly with the fairways and sand traps, and a few have experienced issues with other players affecting their enjoyment.

Course is very rustic, including sand traps full of weeds. Several of the holes have “hazards” making them almost unplayable for the average golfer. We left after playing six holes and will not be back. We’ve played several local courses in the area and knew not to expect pristine conditions, but this course is not even fun!

A golf experience in the middle of no where! It’s always fun when you have to take a few miles of dirt and gravel roads to play golf. This course is set in the sticks and we loved the serenity it brought. The course has a fun layout and is played in a reversible fashion. There are challenging holes yet each hole has a fun element that makes you want to go another 9. The course conditions are not the greatest as I’m sure there are budget constraints. This did not detract from the enjoyment factor though.

Great little course. Price is right and it's a challenging reversible 9 hole course!

DO NOT GOLF HERE. Course is in brutal condition, not a single nice fairway. Tee boxes look like bunkers and the greens all have a least 1 major issue. You should honestly be paid to golf at this sorry course. To cap it of staff is rude and unhelpful. Do Not Golf Here

Awesome course! Pleasantly surprised on how good the greens and fairways were with the lack of rain we've had. Can't wait to play it again!

Awesome reversable (even days one way, odd days the other way) 9 hole course in the nothwoods. A little challenging. Beautiful scenery, super staff. Highly recommend.

Great course! It feels like you're out in the middle of nowhere. So quiet. The reversible golf course setup is very cool. Meticulously maintained. True, fast greens. Beautiful clubhouse. And super-friendly owners. You can feel the pride and love devoted to it. Definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend playing it.

Great course the greens were great and the fareways were soft. Only downside was the group in front of us took 2 of our ball and another larger group of kids were drunk and loud at 5 pm on a Tuesday and kept offering us beer and heckling and one of them kept saying his dad owned the course and he can do whatever he wants with his friends. Really killed the mood of the whole round

Its a little out of the way and on dirt roads but I have been using this course for 5 years now. More relaxed on dress and amazing course. Even and odd days are different courses. Priced Well and always a blast. Recommend for a challenge or just for family!

this is seriously a 'gotta play it to believe it' course. It is a reversible course, playing backwards from the day before. Very nice greens that hold shots, and nice scenery too. Lots of nicely maintained water hazards with real blue water in them, not scum like a lot of courses. The course is out in the middle of nowhere, but was worth the drive. The owner was a nice guy as well, this city boy will be back when I am able.

I’ve been a fan of the Wolf Ridge golf course since I was just learning how to golf(which is about 13 years ago), the owner is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and is definitely worth anything it takes to get out there. It’s an insanely beautiful golf course with everything always being maintained. It’s an amazing experience and I encourage anyone who’s in the area and wants to golf to give it a try!
