In summary

Allen's Golf Course is frequently praised for its friendly and welcoming staff, well-maintained greens, and enjoyable layout, making it a favored spot for both beginners and seasoned golfers. The course, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, offers a relaxing atmosphere with its tree-lined fairways and modest challenges. While the course is small and primarily a 9-hole setup, some golfers note that the fairways can be narrow and the greens on the slower side, adding a level of difficulty to the game.

Great 9 hole ! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Has a few holes to bust out the driver . Greens are small but pretty well taken care of. Hidden Gem in a nice neighborhood.

Allen's is a great golf course to get out and have some fun. Nice layout with trees and creek through the place. Fairways are narrow and greens on slow side. Its more an iron course but can drive a few holes depending on your yardage. Think it's a par 33. Anyways great place for some golf.

And in its stillness, it reminds us of the fleeting nature of all things. The course is not grand, but it endures. Nine holes, drawn with a kind of hesitant affection across sun-worn land. The fairways, uneven and dry in places, seem to sag under the weight of summers long past. And yet, people come. Not in crowds, but in slow-moving pairs, or alone, pushing their carts as if following a thread they canno…

Lost my keys there and the groundskeeper Matt drove me around the whole course and helped me find them. Great course too

Super fun little 9 hole course. Great prices, friendly staff and just show up and 1st cone first serve. A couple of 4 pars and mostly 3's, but just great to be out in the sunshine walking with the boys. Would definitely come back again when in town.

Out of all the golf courses in the North State... I would have to say this 9 hole course is the best place to slap your balls around. The staff is friendly and Allen is a real gentleman.
