The Bistro at the golf course is under new management. It has potential to be a GREAT lunch spot for locals or a break from play on the course. Unfortunately, on the day we went, they were out of a couple of key things like iced tea and their wood fired pizza that I’d heard about. I ended up ordering “The Melt”. It was tasty but had too much sauce and a lot more bread than burger. I’m looking forward to going back in to try some other dishes as the rest of my group seemed to enjoy their selections!

Played 9/23/25. Great experience walking 18. Course was in great shape, and the staff was awesome. The rough was thick and was really the only difficulty here as most holes are wide open and it's a fairly short track. The rating and slope here seem to be a bit high to me as this is a very get able course. Normally most muni courses have tiny greens, but not here; generous greens especially on the par 5's. For the price I will definitely be back again.

I’ve been there to Apple Valley golf course a handful of times. Michael the person at the front desk with red hair is the rudest unprofessional person I have met in customer service. Every time was unpleasant if he hates his job or working with the public, he should be in back not the face of the golf course. Me and my family asked if you did anything special for your military and he said the regular price was special enough. It was a slap in the face. Our military have died for his and our freedom.

Place is probably the better course of the HD. Despite winter looking greens, it's usually very green. Several Par 5's, couple ball drink holes. Trees, sand. Everything is usually kept up.

Love this golf course. Very historical for us who grew up in Apple Valley. Lot's of great memories, like swimming at midnight in one of the ponds, or picking fresh Apple's from the many Apple trees (don't know if there are any still thriving).

This is a well manicured course. Playing winner ball right now and it's still fun. You can't beat the walking price at $17 For 18 holes comon'! Plus it's easy on the legs.

Some of the best pizza, for the price, in the HD. Everything is made fresh, and pizzas are only $12-15. Only available Fri - Sunday until 4 PM. Try the cheesy garlic bread sticks! Fully remodeled, great views, big TVs, and excellent service. Not crowded, but it should be; once the world gets out.

I needed a venue for my daughter's bridal shower but not being a big party thrower I wasn't sure what to do. I wanted a DIY party but I also wanted it to be in a nice location that the weather couldn't ruin. I was referred to the golf course and it was the best decision I could have made! Sabrina and Summer were extremely helpful in planning the event, and all the staff members were positive, accommodating, and helpful. It was the perfect backdrop for the shower and everything went off without a hitch. The place was clean and spacious and we were able to transform it to our needs. The food was…

I played the course 3 times last week, while on a trip, and it was amazing! It's a fun and challenging course, but not punishing. The greens were in great shape. There were some other golfers out, a few that seemed like regulars even. It was nice to see others playing, but it wasn't too crowded. The pace of play was good. The pro shop is in the process of being restocked but I still got a nice shirt. Gary is the new golf course manager and he was super nice, along with the rest of the staff. Can't wait to come back!

Page and the new cart girl made my day when they provided my ice cold beverage on hole number 13, nothing like a cold one after you nail a 50 foot birdie putt. Well done AV Golf course.

I love walking down the path here. I live right across from this golf course, and it's just so beautiful to see the open field during the springtime. Even more so when it snows in the winter! :D The golfing experience is also pretty fun. Michael
