Superb training facility for Young tennis players. Daughter has been taking tennis lessons for 2 years, starting with zero experience but exhibited some natural Talent from the start. All of the coaches are top-notch, have many many years in the field as professional players, and really have a way with kids. This is not an after-school program where you're just happy your kids not sitting on the couch. Serious training, but serious fun.

We had the pleasure of serving April Sound Country Club for their incredible New Year’s Eve Celebration with a Great Gatsby-themed green screen experience, and it was truly a fantastic event! The venue itself is stunning, with ample parking that made setup a breeze. It's been about 15 years since I have been back to this country club. My family owned a home here in April Sound and this was the weekend getaway. We loved playing golf here and this is the golf course I won my golf clubs on, when I beat my stepfather on his own course. I have included many pictures so you can see the beauty of this place . Since joining April sound country club we have thoroughly enjoyed playing multiple rounds of golf, listening to live music, and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff is very attentive and the scenery is spectacular.

Unfortunately for all of us residents who pay our monthly dues, the food in the restaurants just isn't very good, and it hasn't been for a very long time. It's basically frozen-then-fried Sysco bar food. And don't forget that mandatory 18% service charge which, as printed at the bottom of every receipt, is "Not a tip or a gratuity".

Beautiful, country club has great food. Very classy, not a jeans and t shirt kind of place.

It’s a nice course. Greens roll well. It’s perfect for older adults and seniors. It’s a bit short and tight for bombers.

The staff is nice but it has serious infrastructure problems. This place can be enjoyable but it’s super short (6300 yards from tips) and the practice facilities are always crowded because there’s only 6 range spots and the course owns like 400 range balls in total.

Beautiful place to live... It has a bit of everything. It has tennis, pool, whirlpool, golf, gym, and lots of activities for all ages.

I recently attended a large function in the Lakeside Room in which there was a “cash” bar. Three beverages were ordered. The bartender charged for each drink plus a $7 service for each drink. Unknowingly we also left a tip. Later that night we had a notice from our credit card asking if we intended on leaving a 150% tip. Contacted club management and they pretty much said one service fee is common plus a tip. We asked our card be refunded the two extra service fees and the staff soured up and replied they just could not do that. Lesson learned- don’t attend any functions at April Sound.

Don’t even try to keep the course properly manicured. Looks like a blind person with scissors cuts the grass. Greens look good, but roll horrible. Tee boxes are a joke. I’m a member and looking elsewhere because it could be great, but they don’t try. Complain about not enough maintenance budget, but waste it on some the most irrelevant stuff no members care about.

Playing at April Sound Country Club after all these years was an absolute delight! The greens were immaculate, a testament to the meticulous care and effort put into maintaining them. Every putt was pure and felt like a green is supposed to feel. And to top it off, we enjoyed a delicious meal right after our round. Truly, it was a flawless experience from start to finish!
