Archer City Country Club

This is a really nice 9 hole course. Was not expecting this to be honest. The drop one hole 1 is pretty cool, and very misleading. Hole 7 has a dog leg left that I underestimated. Not a difficult course. But, if you are short on time you can easily play this course in 1-1.5 hours.

Warning to anyone who hasn't been here before… This course only has 9 holes, yet they ask if you'd like to pay for 9 or 18. Paying for "18" is just looping the same 9 again, which they never explain upfront. We paid for 18 thinking it was a full course and only realized the truth after. When we asked for a rain check because of the heat, they refused and told us we "could have played the other 9." That would be fine if the other 9 ACTUALLY existed, but they don't. Refusing refunds or rain checks while selling nonexistent holes is shady at best and dishonest at worst. It's like buying 18 cooki…

9 hole course. Nice golf course located in a small town wich means it's usually not packed which is awesome. The carts are pretty well kept as well as the course.

This is a great small town course. Reachable par 4s and short par 5s as well, but the greens are so small it makes the course overall a fun challenge. Friendly service in the pro shop and in the 19th hole.

I have played this course a few times, always enjoyed. The wind will definitely get kicking up though. I hope their still open these days.

This is an enjoyable course with unique play. It has holes much lower than the t-box, fairways much higher than the t-box and all well groomed in a nice setting.
