River Creek Park Golf Course

Unfortunately have to change from 5 Stars! Very disappointed last trip down there! Finished our 18 holes and without hesitation gave up our carts for waiting tee times! Asked if we could finish 3rd nine scramble we always play when other carts came in! Was told basically not going to happen! When I left there were 12 carts sitting not being used! When our last person left there were even more carts available! We will take our group( 8-20 golfers that travel)20 minutes further into Wichita Falls from now on!

Absolutely horrible experience. Do not plan a wedding or engagement at this venue. They intentionally withhold critical information needed to make an informed decision and misrepresent what is included in their packages. I was required to pay $2,000 immediately upon signing, before being given full or accurate details. Only days later, when I returned with my fiancée to review the plan, they admitted that multiple items they had explicitly told me were included would now cost an additional $3,000. This place has the absolute best staff at any golf course I have ever been too. Also the best place for kids to play golf. I’ve never seen a place so welcoming of kids golfing.

Course was in pretty good shape. Played 14 holes pretty quick with no issues. Got behind a group of 6 and took forever to finish. Saw another group of 6 playing too.

Very fun course! In good shape from tee green. Really nice clubhouse. Clubs merch accessories plenty of cool hats. Good snacks and grill inside as well. All around a really nice and relaxing place to come spend your day. Plus you get flyovers from the base!

The course is well maintained with a good variety to the layout. It's not the most challenging course, with very few hazards and generous boundaries, which is great if you're like me and you score yourself not against par, but by how many balls you lost that day. My last round was my best yet, I only finished 3 balls down.

Greens are looking 💪🔥. If you haven't had the chance since their update over the winter it's a must. Rolling great but good luck reading some of the new breaks. Some new tee boxes also and changes to a few paths are solid as well. The change on hole 2 path and box on 3 is great. 💪⛳️

Nice folks but disappointed in the course. It's basically an 18 hole driving range. It's flat, straight, few trees & not much in the way of sand or water hazards. Got bored after 4 holes & just left. Not challenging. Good for beginners & folks who just want to be outside. Decent price.

Came down here to visit family so we decided to go golf, we reserved 3 carts and only had two people golfing, when it came to pay for two golfers and 3 carts the total came out to be 150 dollars, then when we asked why, the guy up infront told us they charged 20 dollars a person for who ever rode in the cart, I’ve been to a lot nicer courses and with a lot nicer golf carts and I’ve never heard of any course doing that, so just for 2 golfers and ride alongs 150 bucks that’s crazy and to top it off the guy that told us that said he cut us a break and could have charged us more, will not go back…

The golf course itself is very unkept. Holes are to close together even in par 4s and the owner was trying to be a fake nice guy. He tried removing us for a cooler with soda then said it was because we were holding up 1 group. Then I asked what the real reason was and he walked off. He did give us a refund but very poorly and very rude. Don’t recommend.

Just had my first lesson with conner. And the dude truly knows the game of golf. Was a tremendous help. And made it fun at the same time. If you need a little help fixin that swing give him a shout!
