In summary

Barton Golf Club is praised for its well-maintained course, reasonable pricing, and friendly, welcoming staff. The course offers a fun and challenging layout suitable for golfers of all abilities, set against the scenic backdrop of Vermont's countryside. While the fairways are generally forgiving, some players note the challenge of keeping the ball in play, particularly in the wooded areas.

Love this course, first time played, opens at 6am honor system charge or cash, only in vermont do your find a hard working business owner with that much faith in humanity. ( don't ruin it) it's $30 with cart! The course was well maintained, fairways good to hit off, greens are stickable so go for it, the ball does not skip off. It is a challenging course, you have to play smart golf. I live a hour away and it's worth the drive.

Our usual course wasn’t open for play so we looked for a nearby alternative. We could not have been more pleased. The course was fun to play and in good shape. The people running things were charming.

Great family run golf course. They work very hard to improve this course year over year. I love this course if you keep it on the short grass you are going to have a great day. If keeping it in the fairway is a challenge bring lots of balls. The best value for a season membership in the NEK.

Hidden golf gem in the NEK! It's pure pleasure for novice players and has been much improved over years. The back nine is hilly and challenging. See if you don't love "heaven's bench" 15th hole! Great staff and low prices make this course an easy choice for 18 holes.

We always have a great time here. The price is right and the fairways are forgiving, the woods however must hold a small fortune of my balls. Thanks Barton golf club for another year of good times.
